Nothing on NVC yet its been 35 days!!!

Same here 1month 2weeks nothing happen!!lol when i call uscis they said you have to wait 90 days sucks... when i call NVC you have to wait for the response for your inquiry but till now no response yet almost 3weeks already... its been 52 days now since we got approved.. nothing nothing nothing... lol funny...

i just pay the AOS bill today and when im going to print the receipt yeah it works but the cover sheet it wont let me to print it gives me error... hmm do i need to wait untill AOS bill is paid so i can print it or we can print it right away the cover sheet?

Yesterday i was able to log in.. but today it won't log in.. ill try tommorow again check if its invoiced already my AOS bill.. 3working days not invoiced yet..

You have to wait for the AOS fee invoice before paying it..Anyway, based on my experience, i got the NVC case number via phone without Invoice Id number, but after 2 days, i received an email from NVC which has the AOS invoice, MNL case number, IIN, and BIN..You should have it tonight or tomorrow..

Yes, you can send the ds 3032 right now...I used the VJ template to send it because i still have the official one from NVC when i emailed it. It works!

Ah ok good thank you... i just emailed today using that vj templates hopefully its works... and what about the AOS FEE BILL? i try to log in today and it says NOT INVOICE so it means its not ready ti pay the fee bill yet?....

Same as mine before..Got the Case number via phone but not the Invoice ID, after 2 days, we received an Instruction letter from NVC that has the Invoice ID number, MNL case number, and Beneficiary ID number

I spoke to NVC today, nice lady said she would send the email of the doc sheet. havent received any email yet.

those who received doc cover sheet by email upon requesting nvc , how long did it take for the email to come through...

Well i just called nvc yesterday they said they gonna send it thru email but took 3to 5 days to receive...

Yes..false checklist...after sending IV package...call NVC after 2-3weeks to check for case complete...your almost at the end of the journey...Goodluck!!!!

august 3 the nvc get my checklist package 3 days later we called them to check if they have it or not and they said they does have it just give us 20 business days i've been checking my email everyday but still nothing received from them yet and even checking on there website ceac.state.gov but the same thing kept saying AT NVC..... today is august 24 and i dont know what's happening with my case isn't frustrating the NVC took so much longer then the USCIS to complete processing my case

Since its not 20 business days they havent reviewed your pakage yet.. maybe this coming week.. usually it takes 16 to 20 business days to reviewed the pakage.. goodluck...

DS 3032 already Emailed to NVC but no IV bill yet

I emailed the DS3032 more than a week but up to now I haven't received yet the IV Bill. I don't have any idea if it was "accepted". However I received an auto reply from NVC few minutes I emaled the form.

I kept checking the payment online to see if the IV bill is already available. up to now, NONE . Verifying it from time to time surely drives me crazy.....

How long does it really has to take after sending the DS3032 to receive the IV Bill????

Question : how much was the IV APPLICATION FEE? Bc we are in process of them recieving choice of agent form and that would be our next step, but ive seen that its 404$$ but i was told it was 230$$.

You have to wait atleast 30 business days to review your documents... but u can start call NVC 15 business days from the day they put your casefile in their system!!

Yes thats normal you are being invoiced... just be patient maybe today or next day then you'll be able to log on to payment portal... gudluck...

after sign the DS 260 does the beneficiary email it to the nvc or mail it ? and if the beneficiary submit it online he will just put his full name in the place of the signature ? please anyone help

No... just fill up the ds-260 online form and submit after you submit you will not able to edit the application so make sure all the information is corrrect..before u submit review it 100x lol . only the suporting documents need to submit thru mail... ( if i'am not wrong)

i have received iv and AOS fees and i paid it both on the same date and i sent AOS two days ago with Bar coded cover sheet and now i'm sending Iv and is there any other Bar coded sheet for this or the same one from AOS i don't know i'm really confused please help me VJ, and one more question beside agent and lawyer does anyone else can submit iv or not.

For the IV supporting documents yes u can still use the barcode cover sheet... oh by the way did u fill up the form ds-261 (choice of address and agent) already? If not then fill up you need a invoiced identification number to fill up the form.. once they accept the ds-261 you will able to log in online to fill the form ds-260 which is IV application online form... ( correct me if i'am not wrong guys)
