Still waiting for my case number from NVC,the last time we called them the operator said we're not in the system yet so i was assuming that they just haven't done inputting data into their system.My case was shipped on Dec. 16 so we're gonna call them tomorrow and see if they could atleast give us some feedback. Maybe they are back-logged due to the bad weather they've had there. Hope to see the DS- 260 available to pay this week. Is anyone else having this issue to.   We are in the same boat.... Got both #'s and gave emails. She said it would be 10-15 business days til I can do anything though. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - February 2014	hey guys, for AOS does nvc checks if one filed single or married? my wife is obviously not here in the states nor i have a number to claim her , even tho we are married in her country how can i file married if i cant claim her, theres a spot that if u file married it asks for her info.. i have a joint sponsor anyways , can anyone clarify please. thanks   Read IRS publication 501 under filing status.My husband filing married separately and for spouse information (that's me) he put NRA (None Resident Alien) you could also do married filing jointly but you have to attached an IRS W7 form,more paper work but better tax benefits.It's all in that publication	Irra	Not Telling	Philippines	2014-02-03 07:29:00

But YAY for the case completes - our timelines were so close and for once it actually makes sense to get approvals around the same time! Haha Also thanks for the congrats Irra - I totally dreamed about this last nigh too - no joke! I dreamt I got the case complete but was so skeptical cuz.... well visa process. So I checked whatever paperwork (in my dream) a bunch of times and the. Got super excited. Rick rant and iamwhatiam- you have to be so close to completes. Stoked for you I know all of us on this thread have had a long journey and I hope that things continue to keep moving along. This part was way shorter than than the NOA1 to NOA2. And as far as checklists - I got one saying they didn't get my IV package after my AOS was accepted (and freaked out and called them twice to confirm it was false). Lowered expectations.... Anyhow, THANKYOU to everyone for input, support, PMs and all of everything - especially Saylin for keeping this thread on track. Gwenstar-Wow! i think we're dreaming with the same exact thing hahahah!As soon as i woke up i got online and check the CEAC website first but no changes then also check my email but nothin so i called my husband to hurry home and call the NVC coz i got a great feeling about something great!and that was it! Now I am trying to estimate (guess) time until completion   I called NVC to ask about the AOS & IV we sent them,the rep. told me that my AOS has been reviewed and completed and IV is also under review.He told me to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the review and that they are working overtime and also on Saturday to clear the backlog.
