Hello All, Can someone with approval date of today or the last couple of days updates us in the current state of K-1 Processing time at VSC. VSC is slow and not transparrent on what is really hold them back so far behind compare to CSC. The USCIS website is the worse to get information. As of OCT 04, 2012, The website keeps saying the VSC is currently processing march 5, 2012 for 1-129F. To make matter worse for us, the previous month of sept USCIS website updates was stating Feb 27. Did the VSC just process 5 days in the entire month? This can not be realistic at all. I do not care how VSC can spin it. VSC is either lazy, someone is doing real poor job, or imcomptete. !!!!!!! March 5, 2012 processed in the Field Office Processing Dates for Vermont Service Center as of: August 31, 2012 and it was just posted at October 04, 2012, that is what I understand, but other VJ's members, correct me if I am room. USCIS are not that quick in terms of updating their data. So I think March 5 was last processed last August 31, 2012, so it's been 2 months so maybe their are processing later dates now... We scheduled the interview through online, did her medical and all that is left is the visa interview. in less than 2 weeks she is going for the interview but until now we havent receive our packet 3 yet, NVC received our case around january 17th , 2013 now my question is: DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR PACKET 3 BEFORE GOING TO THE INTERVIEW? OR CAN WE JUST FILL OUT THE DS FORMS AND BRING IT WITH US at the Manila embassy?? Thanks! I do not think you need to wait for the packet 3....Just bring all the needed requirements.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Wrong birthdate when I called NVC for approved K1 visa petition	we just got approved too last JAN.28,2013 and my fiance still did not call NVC for the mnl# been a week already so he can call NVC at least 1week after the approval,coz we wanna start it soon once we get the MNL#..i am wondering how will they send the mnl# or what?still so confused about this stuff... Tell him to start calling them, I just found out that they mistake when i called them, all the documentations sent to them has my birthdate and my NOA1 also has the right birthdate and I now they messed up. K1 petition approved 01/29 and tried to call NVC last 02/05 to get MNL number and found out that they got wrong birthdate for me (petitioner). I wish that I will be able to get my MNL number so we can go ahead and proceed to the next step but unfortunately this happened. I already forwarded a scanned copy of my birth certificate and passport, can you tell me how long I have to wait for them to fix it or if NVC will send me notification once they forward the case to Manila Embassy. Does the letter shows the MNL number too? Any information is greatly appreciated... I need help, can somebody enlighten me. We received our NOA1 on July 23 and I just called USCIS this morning and Samantha (The Representative) gave us (My fiance was on the cam listening) the good news.
