I just did that with my husband and my husband doesn't even work and I did take care of everything. I want with my husband and I took 3 bank statement originals, 2 photograh, our tickets round trip from austin to madrid and reservations only for madrid casablanca, the visa form, and the hotels reservation at madrid for one night, in a week we got a a tourist visa valid for one month and we can stay only 8 days in sapin with multiple entrees. you don't want to stay for 14 or 24 hours in the airport. I found a hotel close to the airport include a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for only $109 at the hilton. Middle East and North Africa	calling everyone who will have the interview in December 2008	Hi I don't think you will be having a second interview otherwise they will tell you on the phone when they called you. There's no way the lost your emails they are very attentive with the paper work maybe they need your emails specially the one you send to your wife. Our experience with Casablanca consulat was amazing and the people were very professionel.Take it easy and you will be fine. You have a lot of chance to get your visa just give them whatever they ask you for and be very nice to them don't forget you need them !!!! Middle East and North Africa	mena man + green card = can he go to spain?	Hi Rajaa, I was just reading all the threads. I got a schengen visa for my husband with absolutly no hassle. My husband is agreen card holder has been in th state for only less than 6 month, we didn;t need any relative letter or anything except a hotel reservation confirmation and our tickets reservation as well. We drove to houston and I meet the consulate office of spain she was very nice and helpful and we got a tourist visa for multiple entrie because we were going twice back from morocco to madrid. That was my experience we took woth us our bank statement and our credit card copy just incase the ask for something and to proof for them that we share . IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Missing your spouses	it took almost 4 years at USCIS because I was a PR in july 2007 they appoved my I130 since that time is under process at NVC . NVC is more faster than USCIS, right after I got back from visiting my husband I got he paper work from NVC on september 22 nd I become a US citizen and I let nvc about it to upgrade my case . Case complete on october the 10th and I still waiting for the interview. I can even tell you guys how hard, sad, horrible etc to be waiting this long and being away from him on both of us. We know each other since 1989 and he is my sweet heart and I will never let him down. I love him so much and he deserve everything. Very specail and unique person. I can't wait for him to come here and we can start having kids and getting our first home in america if God well. I don't have any patience anymore guys I don't know what to do, eating chocolat etc tired of this. I need my husband here and I'm so scared about the interview. When we were dating for almost more than 10 years we couldn't get married because of our tradition waiting for the family to tell you when to get married. When I was coming to the US two member of his family came to my home and they didn't like me. I was in tears leaving my home country heart broken. But we didn't give up me and him we love each other to death I stayed in america for 5 months and went back to get married with him because I love him and he love me too. Since that time I'm away from him over 5 years and I go for visit every year. For our honey moon last for only 4 days and marriage time only 10 days together and back to the state. We tired over waiting and I very sensitive now ore than ever because I don't have any patient. You give up alot of thing just to have your husband here with you. Sorry guys about my sad word but I miss him sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. I private myself from many many things (travelling etc) I will not do it without him. I have been away from him almost 2 years and I tried to bring him in tourist visa but the US consulat wouldn't issue him a visa because of visa immigration pending. You can't norotize the I-864 or I-864 EZ because those are to autorize the USCIS OR NVC to check on your records. Definatly your husband should take the original of the I-134 notorized and the I-864EZ or whatever you sent to NVC before. You need a passport entry stamps .
