Hola, No es exactamente el NOA1. Alli te estan diciendo que ya tu caso lo recibieron y ahora debes esperar entre 7 y 10 dias habiles para el NOA1 que es donde te asignan tu numero de caso.

Hola, mi novio recibió hoy un correo que dice:


"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number ... With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

...This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case. This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. 2. En el G-325a donde preguntan la información de mi padre, que pongo si nunca lo conocí? Puedo poner "N/A"?

3. Mi madre falleció entonces donde piden su lugar de residencia debo poner el ultimo lugar donde vivió o que pongo?

Hola, mi Novio y yo vamos a comenzar el proceso para obtener la K1. Yo tengo pensado ir a vivir con el en Diciembre de 2013 y veo que cuando me den la visa solo tengo 6 meses para viajar, según la experiencia con lo que tardan esas visas en Colombia, es muy pronto para comenzar el proceso o estoy justo a tiempo? Que me recomiendan?

Porque no quiero que me la vayan a dar demasiado pronto y yo queriendo viajar en Diciembre.

Tengo una duda, para mi entrevista en le embajada tuve que llevar la partida de bautismo porque me registraron más de 2 años después de mi nacimiento y en las instrucciones decía que debía llevarla, será que para el AoS también necesitaré la de bautismo o con el Registro Civil es suficiente?

Hey those of you who have gone through this already, how did you handle it? I am a little uncertain about the I-134. I sent my information but I also put my mother as the co-sponsor. Do you think that will be an issue?

I sent proof of our relationship. I sent pictures, flight tickets, letters, & hotel reservations. I hope it will be enough.

I think I am not going to get any sleep the night before. His interview is at 6am.

Need some encouragement please. Will be greatly appreciated.

Our interview was in march of 2008. I couldnt make initial interview because of work. So they gave us an open interview. Therefore I made arrangements that didnt affect my job and I flew to Dominican Republic and went to interview.

Our relationship was real and sincere. Well we disagreed on some questions, which was more because we were so nervous. Anyway so visa was denied, it was devasting. We have continued our relationship and now it has been almost 2 years since interview. we really want to be together but we are unsure as to what step to take next in our case.

A second denial will be unbearable. What can we do?

I have decided that waiting for "case complete" or (god forbid) checklists...is a worse wait than the 8 month USCIS wait I had. :-(  At least when I was waiting in that stage I kept busy by reading the NVC forums and getting things organized for the next step.  Now that everything is submitted I don't know what to do with myself!  Its only been a week since everything was received and it feels like 20 days!

 

This will be the longest 30 days of my life I think.  The only good thing is that there are no more federal holidays to contend with until May and hopefully we will be approved long before then...now I just pray the weather starts cooperating! :-/

 

Here!!!! here!!! to that Jully 30. I am sailing in the same boat as you.Keeping my fingers crossed no check list and full co operation from the weather.
