All you have to send are the transcripts and copies of your W2's for those corresponding years. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Any February 2012 filers?	They said they wanted additional proof we had meet in the last two years. Basically, I hadn't photocopied our passport stamps, and I think that was the real issue. Seems like such a simple thing that they would have approved it quickly. I guess not though... The USCIS supervisor said that when you get an RFE all processing on your petition stops and you go back into holding. I don't understand that. I read a thread from an old uscis agent that said the ones which are sent out for RFE stayed on her desk until they were returned and she handled them first thing when they were returned. That is clearly not the case. That's just awful. Yeah, looking at others that had RFEs similar to yours, it seemed like NOA2s came relatively quickly afterwards. Hang in there! You're almost there! Although I guess they wont issue the visa until the medical is done. Do you have a date for that yet? Luckily for us, in Seoul, the medical is walk-in, so you can pretty much get that done any time. And, it seems like, from reading your guys' posts, that for England you have to send in your medical beforehand and receive acknowledgement that it's been received? In Korea, you just bring it with you. So we've saved a lot of time on both of those fronts. I'm still really nervous about how it'll all turn out!! For all of those waiting on NOA2s still. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Any February 2012 filers?	Hi everyone! It's just been a whirlwind since the NOA2! Just wanted to post a quick update. So we were getting a bit frustrated after everything because even though the NVC processing happened very quickly for us, it was looking like we'd have to wait two to three months for an interview at the seoul consulate. Lindsey and I started talking about her coming to stay on a tourist visa for a while and waiting here and then traveling back just to complete the interview and were weighing several different options. We even scheduled our interview date online right when we received the case number, but had the request rejected b/c the consulate hadn't received our application yet. Just when we were getting to the height of frustration, we received the email for Packet 3 on Monday and Lindsey happened to check online and a date for Sept 28th popped up! We figure someone must have canceled? So yesterday, I spent the day scrambling to put all of my materials together for the support affidavit, proof of continuing relationship, etc, and sent it all off by Fedex. And Lindsey's going to her interview this Friday! Insane, isn't it? Packet 3 received on Monday - Interview Friday. We may set a visajourney record!	Dan&Linds	Male	South Korea	2012-09-25 08:38:00

The lady I spoke to was very nice, said that they needed to work on it before it's sent out to the embassy, but that it should probably be done by Monday. Can I ask you guys - I saw some people looking at DHL numbers and their estimated arrivals? How did you guys do that? Where do I go to find those? Thanks! I came here to see what's up rather than doing paperwork (I know tsk tsk, it's Friday) and love the news of approvals for Dec! That is a really weird time frame for that one couple though. Wonder what happened. BTW Joy, we got engaged on your anniversary and it's also my mom's birthday I'm being pathetic this weekend. Alan is at his parents' caravan in Wales and doesn't have much internet/cellular service. I am being all mopey and feel ridiculous when I see people here who don't have stable phone or internet to talk. I am so amazingly proud of those of you who can't be in regular contact with your sweeties. I don't know how you do it. Suppose you get used to the "norm." I was happy with a little chat every few days until we discovered daily oovoo calls. I was chatting online with a friend last night. He was falling apart because he hadn't seen his gf in about 2 weeks and she's a whole hour away from him. They work opposing hours and his car died. Poor guy is a lot younger than me and was so distraught. It was like his world was ending even though they chat on the phone daily. I told him what people here go through and he suddenly realized he was being a little dramatic lol. HAHAHA!! I know, right? I'm sure we've all been in situations where we hear about people doing "long distance" relationships only to find out that they're a few hours away (by plane or by car). And I looked at the lucky couple's post, and it seems that they didn't have an expedite or anything on their app. So let's all keep our fingers crossed! So, I have a confession to make; I've been one of those creepy lurkers reading this forum without actually posting anything, so that comes to a stop now! Just a quick intro - I'm Dan, live in NYC. My fiancee is Lindsey. We met here while she was attending grad school, but she had to move back to South Korea once her student visa expired. It was only until after that she left that we realized that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives with each other, so we've started this whole process. We've been making this long, long, long distance relationship work for nearly a year now. But we know that it'll be worth it in the end. During the whole process of getting the I-129F together, this whole site was a tremendous help. Anyways, just wanted to say hello and commiserate that all this waiting is the worst! Also, I wanted to share this link with you guys: http://dashboard.uscis.gov/ It provides data for the various USCIS offices for the various forms, and you can play with it to see if you can spot any trends and whatnot. I was hoping it would be updated each quarter or so, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyways, hope everyone is well. I'll mostly be online, but Lindsey may post occasionally as well. It is an expensive option but I like the: immediacy, receipts, tracking option, and being able to follow up with a telephone call if necessary.
