IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Documents the Applicant Must Submit to the NVC	hello all, I've been here for a awhile trying my best applying for my wife. All sees to be going OK. Sometimes i feel comfortable and sometimes i feel lost. 130 was submitted and approved. i recently submitted the AOS (financial support papers). they were returned, and i was told to re-submit them elecrtonically. which i did. then i read the slip from the AOS payment where i fould a link for the Online Visa Application, which i just completed. So that is where we are at. Now im rather lost. Will we have to NOW submit Documents to NVC? Im not sure of the next step. How do i submit these documents i cant find this online. I was supposed to submit it electronically. I simply re-sent it via email, as they noted. How are you submitted your AOS and support documents?? Via email or someother link? After following the information on this board, we have finally received notice of our interview It is set for Dec. 18 in Cuidad Juarez! I appreciate this site for all the info and awesome board. I have a few questions as we plan our trip. Can we set a medical appointment in advance? Or is it first come first served? If the interview goes well, will my wife be able to cross into the USA? or is there a longer wait after? I dont have many vacation days left at work, so I trying to figure out how long this trip can be. I read that the petioner does not have to attend. Your wife brings it to the embassy and a consular officer (at the interview) will ask her to sign it in his/her presence. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	My husband is losing hope...need a hug	Yesterday my brother-in-law found out that he's unable to return to the USA to complete his Fulbright. (He has 4 more years on his PHD.) My husband is starting to lose hope, and worries that we may be denied a green card for no reason. I wish I could feel more optimistic than he does, but if the American consulate in Pakistan can deny my brother-in-law a visa for completion of his Fulbright, why couldn't they make up a reason to keep my husband out of the USA as well? We have been living apart since June of 2007; we married in Pakistan this year, and have just started the visa process, hoping to time it out with the termination of his J visa in 2009. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	marrying someone with J visa HRR	Greetings. I am an American citizen, and my longtime boyfriend and I will marry in a month in Pakistan. He was here in NYC on a Fulbright scholarship, and has been back in Pakistan for 6 months doing his 2 year home residency requirement. (HRR). He will be released from this in June of 2009. We are planning on filing the I-130 papers, but I worry about timing it right. Does anyone have experience with this? I have an interview coming up and want to make sure that everything looks good,I have proof of my visits such as picture with fiancé and family, flight tickets, passport stamps,hotel receipts, rental car receipts but..... I want to know ... Hey Negra!!! It's been a while, hope all is well... Seem like you got it under control..... All this here is more then enough ("what's needed to proof ongoing relationship?? I have print out from phone bills,messages from Facebook and phone texts. What else can I come up with?
