IMBRA Special Topics	NEW POLL for CSC - MARCH - Post IMBRA ONLY	Thanks E & K for the welcome back........I continue to get updates from ulings list every day............... School's back in session now so after working all day.......I'm pretty much doing homework times 3 kids then putting them to bed and then writing my girl 6000 miles away..........(we've recently exchanged our 700th letter now!!!!!!)you know the basic priorities of a single dad/fiancee typical type of day............ anyway, I will keep the March list going until we all are approved.......to the very last member..........(and it better not be me!!!!!!!!!!!) Keep praying everyone.......the "A" list will continue to grow. God Bless Mike Hey Mike, (AKA Sleepless in New Mexico/Mr. Lonely): I have actually been reapproved without benefit of any update or email or snailmail from CSC. My congressman's aide called a couple weeks ago, after i called him a few times to bug him, to report that my petition had indeed been reapproved and sent back to NVC on Aug 15. Since then, I've confirmed that through calling NVC, and getting a return email from them saying it was so. I'm pretty sure my petition is now sitting in the US Embassy in Paris as of this morning. I did all the things I could, as inpsired by you and others, writing the certified letter Ms. Poulos, sending the privacy release to my congressman, along with a written summary of the facts, and supporting documentation (lists of approvals from VJ), wearing new callouses on my knees, lighting candles, you name it. In any event, something worked, maybe just the time it took for them to grind their way through the pile at CSC. but I'm thinking your approval has got to be on the way. Thanks for your encouragement along the way. I've been wondering how you've been holding up. Nice to see you here again. bon chance, non ami! I get all of ulings update lists in my emails every day.................trust me, like everyone else, I look at it every day I think you are the last march member I need to update..........correct me if I am wrong.........but I am pretty sure that I made all the latest changes in my last post......... Mike Mike, Thanks so much for all that you do for us. I fully understand your routine. I am a single dad too. Iza and I now have 1100 pages of Chikka text and 455 pages of Yahoo text, in addition to email and letters and cards. We will all appreciate the day so much when our loved ones set foot on our soil. Damn rob.........and I thought I was a writing fool.. ....... my letters to her range from 6 to 10 pages each........that is because I have both the english and Russian versians side by side in case the translator screws up a word or two (which has happened a few times)..........if she doesn't understand a word, she can simply look at the english word and translate it herself.......... so I figure we have roughly easily 3000 plus pages of text that have been written........( and that doesn't include the letters she has written to my kids, my parents and my Aunt........we are best friends now........we talk about everything under the sun........I never have written this much in my entire life.........but I guess that is what love does to a guy.......... The emotional highs and lows are exhausting. I am truly hoping for an accelerated and joyful resolution to for all those hanging on the vine. By the way, thanks for the comparison and correction with the CSC K1 lists. See ya around and I'm looking forward to brighter days for you. Uling..............The work that is being toiled here by men like us, I believe is guided from above. The glory should always be God's - I am just his instrument, he is the conductor. One of my many blessings in life is that I love to work with charts and figures. I am a very analytical person. I need to see the forest from the trees and not the ground floor. I do what I do because my heart feels the extreme pain that mingles with my own pain of all the March members. (Especially those in the "C" list. I have always been a fighter. I have always cheered for the underdog. If I do something that helps another and if spending a couple of hours a day sitting in front of a boring computer screen makes someone's day.......then it's all worth it. I know you know what I mean by this. I also believe in the saying, "what goes around comes around". I am a very capable person, and have been able to meet many professional and personal challenges in the past, but this thing has forced me to my knees once again, as I realize i do not have the power to change what needs to be changed. Not only Sleepless in Oregon tonight, also Lonely in Oregon. How much more of this can we take? We take the abuse because of him who awaits you in France and for her that waits for me in Russia. For her love and kisses......I'll go to the ends of the earth for her......... To be blessed like we have been blessed...........can we be forgiven for our past transgressions............of course we can. When he stretched out his arms and died for us.....this was the truest example of love and sacrifice that a human being can ever offer to another......it is now up to us to sacrifice ourselves for those whom we pledge never ending love forever and ever amen!!!! I filed my petition on the old petition forms after the new IMBRA took effect on March 6, 2006. Due to the new IMBRA, I understand that I need a RFE (request for evidence) to be filled out so that my application can be updated. To date, I have not received my RFE. I understand that all the RFE’s were sent out to the petitioners on or about July 1st. I have a number of friends who have petitions with the California Service Center and they all received their RFE’s and have returned them.
