Seriously, I know it's hard I believe now, but your life will go back to some semblance of normal after the NOA2, and you will get the NOA2 sooner rather than later. This is how I picture their typical work day: Imagine a fat person reviewing your paperwork... He goes.. Let me make sure the picture hasn't been modified and dated. Uhmm background check.. (typing one finger at a time). Oops, you forgot to check this box.. RFE. Next case. uh oh, your passport pic is 0.04 inch off.. RFE. Next case. Some of these may have been in a previous update: sorry. Feb. 2: 1 approval, 2 RFEs yesterday / 1 RFE today Feb. 7: 2 approvals, 3 RFEs yesterday / 1 approval today Feb. 8: 3 approvals yesterday / 2 approvals, 2 RFEs today Feb. 13: 1 approval today Feb. 14: 1 approval today Here's where it gets weird. It looks like they tripped over a box of Feb. 21 petitions and thought, what the heck, let's look at these. Feb. 21: 5 approvals yesterday / 20 approvals today I am so bewildered. Especially since one of them was ours. I was really not expecting this at all, because we were so very, very, very far from being "next in line." I feel bad being happy. So, the him went to work and I spent the past few hours "running numbers " on the USCIS website and now I cant access my page anymore Its telling me "Access To Selected Resource Not Authorized. Just called uscis and was told to wait 20 days from today to put in a "Service Request" so that would make it August 21 2012 which is more than 6 months past my NOA 1 date which was received by VSC 2/10/2012, yeah the guy on the phone was quite kind and polite but he is only an operator so he was absolutely no help on giving me any feed back regarding my status. I guess the waiting continues with the rest of y'all February filers. Man this is a long excruciating process... Don't worry you should hear something any day now.
