Proof of ongoing relationship, then I put pictures, emails, skype conversations under this category. Make sure you submit an updated letter of intent to marry. They want to know if you are still interested in getting married from when you first start this process. Organize the paper work in a way that your fiancee can easily locate what they will ask for. Doing paper work now will only mean its 5-6 months old and you will have to redo it later again. You will get notification in the mail of the case number in the next few weeks, you can then make an account on USCIS and put the case number in to follow any updates. However, simply wanting to be with your child is not grounds for expedite. Not even close. What's best for you and your family is for you to do the paperwork properly, get ready for their arrival in 8-10 months if everything goes well. That's what's best. Not filing for things you will be denied for. Have you read what meets the requirements for expedite? It's pretty serious stuff. And even people who DO have valid cases still get denied. Save your boarding passes, hotel, restaurant, atm receipts from the Philippines. Print out form G-325 and have her sign her form while your are there. Yes Exactly the same thing happened to us. Also before we discovered this site we left out our documentation - not intentionally. We sent the rest of our documents off with a copy of the NOA1 (initial receipt) when we received it about a week later - but they didn't match up with the I-129F we had already sent. After 5 months we were denied. We tried to sort it out, but after every effort it came back to the same thing. We had to start again. I know how you're feeling right now - Looking back, I wish we had just taken a deep breath and followed the Guides on this site and filed a completely new petition as if the first one didn't happen. Ultimately, that was the only answer for us, but we had long delays in between trying to patch things up. Lack of documents is enough of a reason and thats all it took for our denial, so hopefully it will take some of the stress out of the situation for you. This experience can give you hope.
