I am one of them and the funny thing is they make it sound like its not that much but overall its a 20% paycut per pay period. No one can survive on that for nearly the rest of year. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	rain, rain, rain,	Well I notice that VSC are reviewing around second week February fillers, but my NOA1 date is from 02/08/12 and I was thinking that the reason why mine is taken looonger than the other ones is because the K1 peticion for my fiance include her kids and that maybe makes looonger the approvment, any ways I will keep crossing my fingers and I hope this week maybe I will receive the good news ... and of course I hope yours receive the approuve soon. Unfortunately, there is no way for anyone here to tell you exactly how long you will have to wait. We only have estimates here, and USCIS gives us the processing time.
