But I mailed it and tracked it in a regular envelope When responding to a Request for Evidence it is extremely important that you place the blue coversheet on the top of the response you send to them. The VSC/CSC receives thousands of pieces of correspondence each day, if the blue coversheet is not on the top of the response it will be placed in “general” correspondence and NOT sorted as a priority, which may delay your case. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Co-Sponsor	As per the embassy's reply to me a few months ago, you can use a "credible" co-sponsor (I believe they like to see it be a close family member who would have a compelling reason to support you/your fiance if necessary). When my fiance had his interview, I had a co-sponsor and the embassy would not consider it, but it was not a family member of mine, so that seemed to be the problem. Best of luck! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134	Our case has been forwarded to the embassy and I'm guessing we'll have an interview in about a month. 2 weeks ago we received our NOA2 and I went ahead and got a letter of employment, and all of my pay stubs from Sept.-March 1. Can I go ahead and send this to my fiancé, and subsequent pay stubs scanned and sent via email, or screen shots of my bank transactions that show direct deposits from my company ? I should only get a couple more before her interview (I haven't got by the office yet to get my most recent one from March 15) Yes right before the interview gather the current pay stubs, scan them and send to her. Two more questions: 1) I should wait until she has her green card before we go back to SS to change her name on the card, or can we do that before she files for AOS? 2) Is there a form that we need to fill out at the SS office in order to change her name? Thank you... Use the same form that you originally applied for the SSN for the name change. I was told by the social security agent after he spoke to his supervisor that I needed to bring the GC along with marriage license to get the name change for the SS card. If she wanted to immigrate illegally, she could have come on a tourist visa and stayed... either through overstaying or finding a guy here and AOSing.. I don't think she will be seen as a problem. The world is small, that fact that she met a guy in the same country where she was offered a job is relatively unimportant, in the red flag scheme of things. I would believe you're ok. Good luck! We didn't even include any screen shots of bank account at all. If your income is over the requirements then you do not need to provide any bank information at all, just your income information, pay stubs, 3 years tax returns, letter from employer ( optional ) etc. Most embassys follow the guides for the 864 do not forget.
