I would like to say that in the laws and rules of the US Ebassy and in the United States Immigration by laws it states that one must be of morral caricature it could be miss understood should you choose to send them , personally I wounldn't and didn't when I ran into the same dilemma awhile ago . I think its best to do as most have done and that is go through and pick one conversation out of every month make sure its clean and then hit print should it be you can't find any then take a black marker and up to the point where you can see that the conversation is getting sexual blot it out leaving a clue that it is going to get sexual so that the CO can obviously see that and know that you are not hiding anything except the content of a sexual conversation. According to the table with the age specific vaccination requirements she only has to get 3 vaccinations: Td/Tdap, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Varicella. I will bring this information with me when I go to her medical examination/interview in case the panel physician suggests that she needs more vaccinations. This is also a valuable piece of information from this page: Vaccination Documentation for Refugees and Non-Immigrant Applicants The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has determined that vaccination requirements do not apply to refugees and non-immigrants, such as V or K visa applicants, at the time of their initial admission to the United States. However, V and K visa holders in addition to refugees must meet the vaccination requirements when applying for adjustment of status or permanent resident status in the United States (one year or more after arrival). Therefore, for refugee applicants, panel physicians must complete a U.S. Department of State Vaccination Documentation Worksheet (DS-3025) if reliable documents are available. The only reason for you to get the vaccinations in Colombia or whichever country your fiance is from, it is probably cheaper than getting them in the United States. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Those who are still waiting... When was the last time you saw your fiancé (e)?	My fiancee and I spent a romantic week in Panama 10/28 to 11/4. It was a great idea because we got to spend quality time alone together. When I visited her in Colombia her family and friends were around us a lot . I gave my fiancee her engagement ring during the trip to Panama so we have an everlasting memory of our time together. I wanted to visit her in February but I decided to wait until her interview at the Embassy which we hope will be in April if her petition is approved in January or February. I don't have the money or the vacation time at work to visit her twice in the first 4 months of the year. We see each other on Skype everyday and I encourage her by talking about the couples on this site that haven't seen each other for more than 6 months. I also tell her about the immigrants I work with that left their spouses behind in their home countries so they can have the opportunity to come to the US and work. I know the wait until the next trip will be difficult but our love is strong enough to endure the stress and sadness. Good luck to all of you and thank you for inspiring us. I'm sorry to keep everyone in suspense but I needed some quiet time after an emotional past couple of days. As I said the reason I delayed bringing Kelly to the United States was I lost my job during the visa process. I still haven't found work (I'm surviving on unemployment and savings) but I decided at the end of October to bring Kelly to the US so the visa wouldn't expire. Kelly has been very supportive throughout my ordeal (she has been out of work as well). When I arrived in Colombia and Kelly told me the visa expired earlier than I thought my first instinct was to get on VJ and ask you guys for help. As I was on the internet trying to change our flights I started thinking about the life in America I was bringing Kelly into and how my father told me a long time ago to get your financial situation straightened out before bringing a woman into your life. I'm not working and I'm living in my parents house until I find a job. My parents said it was alright for Kelly to stay there but it's not an ideal situation. After much thought I decided it would be best to not bring Kelly to America and figure out our best option to bring her when things get better in my life. I knew this decision would be risky because Kelly would have every right to break up with me after being so patient and supportive throughout this process we started in August, 2012. When Kelly arrived at the hotel I tearfully told her in my best Spanish my plans and expected her to be angry and end our relationship. To my surprise she said even though it's a last minute decision and she's disappointed, she understands my reasons and she said she wouldn't leave me and she'll wait again through another process. She knows how hard I've been trying to find a job and she is not the type of woman to walk away from a man she loves and treats her so well. We both cried and I thanked God for blessing me with such a special woman. I won't let her down again! This morning we discussed the benefits of the spousal visa and talked about me returning in a few months and getting married in Colombia. When I didn't find a job by October I decided to come to Colombia this week to get Kelly before her visa expires. I thought since the interview was May 29th the visa expired on November 29th, 6 months later. I bought our plane tickets for the flight to New York on the 24th. I just realized today when I looked at Kelly's visa the visa expires on the 23rd! Will Kelly be able to travel on the 24th or do I have to change our flights to the 23rd? Thank you for your help. I petitioned for an ex fiance in 2007 and withdrew the petition after getting my approval and No2. Suprisingly i never followed up on the withdrawal because i never thought i would find myself filing for someone again. I sent out my new fiance petition sometime in August of this year 2012 and something told me to check the receipt of my old petition. It looked like it was not officially withdrawn and was sent back to NVC. I've sent out multiple withdrawal letters since then and i'm not getting any feedback or confirmation. I'm tired of speaking to people on the phone and not getting the answer i am looking for. I'm just hoping it does not have any effect on my new petition. Was the first petition in 2007 for this same guy? If the answer is yes, then it'll be a miracle for you both to live together since you've for long become incompatible... I hate to force someone to love me? It has to be compatibility otherwise, there will be no need to keep on patching this thing and after visa approval and your man is in the state, then another story comes up... Relationship is not by force fwiw... I know nagging is tough to cope with but there are men who came handle you the way you are and not all men could... Your guy has made a good decision for his own good and don't force him to accept you for you... Pray for your true husband from God... There can be miracle when you believe... As for stopping the fiancee petition I don't see how you'll regret it if you both aren't this compartible! What is the essence of bringing your man down to be with you and within few months you find he's gone? Does that make your future petition if any be less scrutinized? It's a hurt decision but imho base on the anticident of your relationship between you both it'll be hard to move together than we all know it... I found mailing a letter to VSC to not be very successful, but you can do that or you can just let it sit at NVC and not fill out the paperwork or contact NVC and withdraw it. I and my fiance have been going through tough times like arguing, fighting and he complains i nag too much and suffocates him. Finally after our last argument, i deleted him from our blackberry chat messenger. Since then going on 5 days no word from him. Last convo we had he says he doesn't want to make it work.I sent three apology text messages; still nothing. Initially i though he needed some space and time but now it's beginning to seem like it's really over. I should be expecting out NOA 2 in feb or early Mar. I have 2 questions, is it better to withdraw it now before it gets approved or wait til it get approved and gets returned to NVC?
