There is no I-94 (arrival departure card) concept for immigrant visa (IR1 or CR1) holders. SSN - Typically few weeks to 1 month or so (If ticked yes in DS-230). If you feel it is not coming within the timeframe, visit SSA office and apply one. Welcome Letter & GC - Typically 4 to 8 weeks. If 8 weeks are elapsed, talk to USCIS or open an Infopass. He's just phoned his physicain to get records and they informed him when he turned 26 they were all burned!!! How have other people handled this? Have they just gone in to get the vaccines AGAIN...could someone explaine what a blood teeter test is and will that be sufficient? We are trying to get everything done ahead of time so as not to have any more delays in our process. I'd appreciate any imput here. Thanks so much!! It is titer test. We have filed our petition for her immigration in October and with the electronic processing available, it won't be long before she has her interview. Aside from financial child support records, regular long distance phone calls and sporadic emails, what else would be good to gather up for her interview. Oh, I plan on getting numerous affidavits from my family and friends regarding my relationship and how I feel about my wife and stepdaughter. I brag about both a lot to anyone who might ask. So, I'm not sure if this was included by Loto yet, but I think if you can prove that your spouse also has relationships with your family members, it can't hurt. Secondary Evidences of the bona-fide marriage Though USCIS and Consulate are liberal to the petitioner's and beneficiary's marital relationship from certain countries, it is stricter to some other countries. So, if you feel you need more evidences, please use the samples below. Some of them may not be applicable to you. Also, if you have any other evidence that is not listed, please feel free to add it. They want proof that you got on the plane (dated plane ticket) got off at your destination (entry stamp) and actually visited your loved on the trip (dated pictures, hotel reciepts...etc). Some people will do both front (I-130) and back (interview) load. Some will do minimal front load (I-130) and more back (interview) load. You are fine, in your case. I don't know any strong proof to support answers of such questions, you can think some of.
