IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	July 2010 CR-1 filers	I hope you get your approval soon Loto!! Question: If they currently work on July fillers, does it mean they'll then move toward the August fillers? Thanks a lot!! In fact this is my conclusion. Two guys got NOA2 in July list are from VSC. I have not seen any regular CSC approval for July guys. Also, there are people from VSC filed in earlier months of July, but still waiting for NOA2. I think those 2 guys got a nice adjudicator in VSC On the other side, VSC had just 2 digit I-130 receipts until May 2010. They started accepting 4 digit I-130 petitions since Jun 2010. Whereas, CSC always had 5 digit I-130 petitions every month. CSC has more I-130 adjudicators than VSC, IMO. Now it seems the I-130 work load is balancing between CSC and VSC. I wish everybody irresepctive of the service center must have NOA2 soon! Based on some news, they might accelarate the I-130 approvals to achieve the target of 750,000 by the end of this December. I think those 2 VSC guys' (capu and shyngyan) file reached to a best adjudicator. Then they were approved immediately after the name check. What a lucky guys? You can't win whatever ways you go. Argh. NVC will be clogged, if the first flood gate opens. I think it is what happening now with NVC. I think the storm is coming back with the approvals As per CIS ombudsman's update, USCIS has the plans to complete 750,000 I-130 petitions by the end of this 'calendar year' that include LPR petitioners as well. If there is no reason to expedite, only thing the congressperson can do is just check the status, and the standard response will be "USCIS is processing your case. So my wife is going to try going through the congressman...the congressman's office sent the forms she has to fill out and she has to mail them back. EAC - Vermont Service Center prefix 10 - Fiscal year 10 (ie, 2010 for Oct 2009 to Sep 2010) 9 - A constant to start the sequence Remaining 7 digits - Sequence number starting with 0000001 EAC-10-9-0000001 <-- This was the first case EAC-10-9-0597969 <-- This is the last case entered in the system until this post Check your number. It will be between this 7 digit sequence. And this 7 digit sequence is the mix of all petitions that include I-130, I-765, I-821 etc. This is just my inference!
