Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	expiring forms	So i just realized the ds156 and 156k forms I need for the interview on 9-26-07 expired 7-31-07, so I went to the uscis website to print the revised forms and the forms are not there.......Not even the old ones are up.......?? I am leaving for Russia in about a week and I am wondering if any one knows how long the uscis usually takes to update forms? You can probably just use the old ones... looks like they are taking them until October... then they go electronic... not sure if that includes the DS-230. Attention! Beginning October 25, all K1, K2, K3 and K4 visa applicants must submit a completed Electronic Visa Application Form. The Electronic Visa Application Form must be filled out online at http://evisaforms.state.gov. After filling out the form online, applicants will be able to print a copy of their visa application form, which will include their data in a barcode format. The Electronic Visa Application Form is not available in the Russian language. Answers to the questions on the application must be in English and must use English characters. The applicants are welcome to use the Russian language translation to guide them through the online English Electronic Visa Application Form. Maybe you could eat the same things or at the same places.) Sure, eat what they eat. I am not sure which grossed me out the worst in the supermarket. The package with about 50 chicken feet (tallons might be the right word) all lined up in a row in the package or the package of beef toungues. They buy a lot of their stuff at the outdoor market on Saturday morning and it is a wonder they are not all in the hospital by sunday night. Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	Appointment for "Conditional" Permanent Residence	Hi there. I was hoping someone could help me with a few questions. My wife and I have been through the K1 visa process. She is from Russia. We have our interview coming up for "conditional" permanent residence within the month. My wife had her medical in Moscow for the interview. We did not request extra copies of her medical records. Regarding vaccination shots: We do not have any of her vaccination records. We are trying to get the info. from her doctor's in Russia. My lawyer said we do not need to scheudle a new medical exam, but we should get some offical documents from my wifes doctors in Russia stating that she has all vaccinations. I could bring this information to one of the gov't appointed doctors here in the US and they could sign off that she is up-to-date. (without having to pay the extra money to get a new exam and shots). My question is: What vaccination shots are required? What proof do we need from my wife's doctor in Russia? Thank you very much for your help! Has it been a year since she had her medical for the Visa? If not then she shouldn't need to repeat. Without a copy of the DS3025 (the one that was sealed in the envelope for the interview in Moscow) some vaccines may need to be taken. Any records you can get may help avoid duplicate vaccines. Please elaborate on your "Visa Journey" from Russia to the USA. I know I'm curious and I'm sure others are too. How did you (a young Russian girl) get a visa to enter the USA (K visa, student visa)? Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	sad weekend	... just in case you ever need it, try Greece for a Schengen - it can be for any European country, it just needs to be open in the country that gave it. So you get it to Greece (it's like a couple of days, really fast) and fly to Athens to open the visa and then anywhere you please. My trip was also to Paris through Athens. ... I dare express my opinion on such situation because I myself have been through the whole drama of wrongful accusations, arrests, deportation threats, being scammed and other "pleasant" things like that. And guess what? I was the victim not the initiator. So I had my share fare of yelling like a stuck pig situations in spite being young. ... City, please share. United Kingdom	The 2008 United Kingdom Interview Thread!	Congrats on the approval Damian! My husband's visa was approved today as well! He called me at 7am, my time (12pm his time) to tell me he'd been approved. His said it was so easy! His interview was at 8am. He got there around 7:30am. He waited in line and got a number. They called his number and he gave them the paperwork. Then he waited around some more to be called again for the "interview." She asked him how we met, who chatted up who lol and the longest period of time he's spent in the States. After that, she said he was approved! Easy peasy! My husband had his interview in July 2008 and was put in AP and they required more proof so we gave them more proof and its still in administrative processing. We have been in AP since July 2008.... my situation is that everytime i call DOS they say its under AP and they can take as long as they want..... Where is our citizen rights?? i emailed the delhi consulate and call DOS on a regular basis and still noone gives me a detailed answer as to why its under AP? I have been waiting for over 7 months in administrative processing and they did not receive any fingerprints on his name also what is the A #? I have been put on AP for more than a yr and marriewd for 2 1/2 yrs.....then finally they say my case is in the "final " stages...
