I have filed I-130 on 04-07-05 case approved on 08-22-05 sent to NVC 09-02-05 case completed 12-28-05 interview date sent to me on 01-06-06 interview on 02-13-06 That is a short version of our timeline but sufficient... IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Update on interview in Yaounde Cameroon	hi all, My husband had his interview on Monday the 13th, there were about 13 people who showed up at 7:30 am to be interviewed at the embassy...None received a visa and all were interviewed in front of the group...They were all asked to provide more proof of relationship and to return on tuesday the 14th at 2:00 pm, naturally most showed up and were told by the same officer that they were not doing business that day..so therefore to return next Tuesday the 21st...what is wrong with this picture?? The officer did not even discussed the AOS with my husband, she had no interrest in that...her concerns with him was my prior marriage...also not enough pictures of us even thou he has a full cd of pictures of us, and she wanted more emails.....She even asked him for a new criminal record, because the present one had left cameroon came to USA and back to Cameroon...What a crazy statement, she said it was tarnished..that was her exact word.....I am not upset at the fact that she is asking more proof even thou there are more than plenty...I am very upset because she has not allowed even one person a visa and have them return the following day just to say "come back in a week" what kind of game is this?? My husband in Yaounde Cameroon, was finally granted a visa today! We are so happy, I have talked with him and he was very emotinal, after a 15 months separation. So from the center in VT to the embassy in Yaounde it took 10 months! Hopefully he will be here in a week or two...... You can tell I am very excited can't stop dancing! hip hip hooray! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-130 Filings for December 2005 At VSC (Anxiously Waiting!!!), When!!??	People like me who filed I-130 in December at VSC are anxiously awaiting approval. Please when will folks at VSC have mercy on us? Praying for all of us. It has been 2 months only, give it time...When I've done the process on April 7th 2005 did not get an approval til August 20th...Because I called them and on that very evening I've received an approval email.. I want a date but Im worried what the consular will say or accuse us of. There is so many people going through Morocco with denials even married people. And my husband is almost to nice for his own good Im worried he will just take it and not defend him self or our relationship. Alot of the people are so rude in this process id just love to give them a peice of my mind once. Only a few times do I get nice or caring people to talk to.. Im thinking about calling tonight again to see if there is a interview but doudt there is. I always seem to get the same people or a guy named Jack now he is pretty decent and trys to be helpful. A little longer and your case will be settled..... God bless! it is unfair for us waiting for CR1?IR1. I feel cheated when i look at the embassy webpage for interview scheds. All the slots are taken by K1s & K3s & Employment-based. There are less than 10 slots given to CR1/IR1. No offense meant to K1s & K3s...just stating my opinion. jennie, my heart goes out to you..it has been a very long wait for you...For my husband who is in cameroon , it took only a week to schedule his appointment, he had his interview last week, just to be told to bring more proof of phone calls and emails..even thou he had a pile with him....That day there were 13 people and no one was granted visas, they all have to return tomorrow the 21st will all the same proofs...its carzy....and the interviewer was a rude american female...so much for that... anyhow...good luck to you and your husband.....I sympathise with the long wait....
