IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NVC timeline on IR-1/CR1 visas	Not sure who you asked this question, but I will answer it anyway. I just called the automated message system and found out about IV Fee Bill generation. Yes, AOS (I-864) is the only package you have to talk to rep to find out if it has been generated or not. Good Luck oh, I was asking anyone who felt like answering I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss the IV bill being generated because I was assuming it would be announced on the automated system. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Vermont Service Center Slow and has Backlog	It would probably help to get some publicity about this sort of thing. Most people don't have any idea what you go through to get a visa, so it would let them know and hopefully create public outrage. This would, in turn, embarrass the bureaucrats in charge at the USCIS who would then (hopefully) feel pressure to speed things up to make themselves look better and get the heat off of them.
