IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	VISA DENIED IN PERU HELP ME!! CONFUSED	Your husband will have to do some research and appeal the denial of your visa. A Lawyer is not necessary to file an appeal if your husband has done all the research and is comfortable doing the appeal himself. They did not mention an I-601 because they denied your Visa. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE Initial Evidence Request	try contacting the border where you normally cross.....they will have a record of each time and date your car crossed back into the US from Mexico...I am not sure if the Mexican border would have this info or not...I know here in Canada they type in your licence plates on both sides of the border ...I got a computer record from the US border crossing where I used to cross....it had every time my car crossed into the US....the the date and time and how many people were in the car.
