Ok signing the check now for 170 bucks writing the check out to Department of Homeland Security (correct?) i live in florida and mailing my package to the following address USCIS TSC PO BOX 850965 Mesquit, TX 75185-0965 (Correct?) I have a cover letter which i got from this site. I-129f signed by me and completed by me G325a from me and fiance signed by both of us all 4 pages I attched passport photes to each of our g325 Copies of my birth certificate Copies of my Divore Decree Letter of intent from both of us Photos of both of us to show proof of relationship Letter on how we met and stuff like that (1 page) Copies of her and mine passport showing we been in the same countries at the same time she if from colombia and we where living together in Indonesia for almost 1 year so i think that is kind of proof we have been together. Looking for engagement ring receipt now. And thats it i checked all my forms at least 10 times so i think thats it. Hi, I too am in the process of getting the I129F together, what I have gotten together so far are : 1. a check in the amount of $170 2. the I129f form filled out 3. G325A- 4 sheets & one passport type photo for me 4. G325A- 4 sheets & one passport type photo for spouse 5. copy of my passport and a copy of my citizenship passport 6. a copyof our marriage certificate 7. a few pictutures from our marriage ceremony ( it was at City Hall in NYC) 8. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Bank Letter - Switched Banks?	Just wanting to get some input from the valuable opinions of VJ members! I was previously banking at Bank of America. I held checking and savings accounts with them. However, upon my new position living/working in Vietnam, I've since closed the accounts at Bank of America and opened a new checking account (in January 2006) with an internet based banking institution. My question is: in requesting the bank letter for the I-134 Affidavit of Support, should I request a letter from Bank of America (the old bank) and the new bank, or only from the new bank that I currently have deposits with? The new and current checking account was opened in January 2006, just after I closed the Bank of America accounts. Anyone else have this type of situation? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	got AON1! but fee not be charged	My notice date on NOA1 is 1st, May. they charged 20$ as penalty due to not correct fees on 3rd, May. Untill now, they not try to charge our fee again we have put enough money in on 4th, May. and not any FRE. We called 1-800.., they give another #, then called, it is automatic, no one answer, my bf left message. If anyone know any email address of CSC, then we can write them to cash our fee. For my understand, if they not cash your fee, they won't do anything on your case, right? I'd rather they send me a FRE or send all application back, then we will know what we do next. But now, no any news, case is not in right order, so strange. I hope you guys can give me some ideas. Thanks a lot! Alice I had a similar experience with Vermont bu ####### was on the bank that I used. I waited about a month and the finally sent me the invoice for the correct amount plus an additional $30. Yes it is true that nothing gets done to you case while it ibeing waited on for payment. Don't worry pretty soon you will get some sort of response from your service center. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE Reply Question	I'm sure someone else has found this out as well, but when you call USCIS and check your case status, the recorded message reads that exact statement, and then tells you the time is 90-120 days. I think something is wrong with they're automated email updates (besides the obvious) where for some reason it doesn't include the dates as in the phone recording. Good old USCIS Sorry, just noticed your a VSC petitioner, so the dates on the phone recording may be shorter than 90-120, 90-120 is for the CSC If I am sure VSC is 60-90 days or 30-90 days.	phatmadame81	Female	Jamaica	2006-07-27 12:30:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I've lost hope	Hi Everyone, I have officially lost all hope. I really, really, really, REEEAAALLLY, thought that I would be getting my NOA2 sometime this week. Tomorrow is Friday and I haven't received a thing. I've contacted both senators (filled out the authorization form when sending letter the first time) and haven't heard anything from them. I contacted my rep. in congress and haven't heard from her either. I've contacted UCSIC to get the same "call back in 30 days" bull. I've seen people with NOA1s of April and May, but yet I who have an NOA1 of March 10 get nothing. I know, I know, I should get this depressed, but every night when I speak with my fianceé it just seems like she is farther and farther away. Our relationship has grown as have we and yet it seems we are prisoners to this process and our relationship cannot progress. I am seriously on the verge of just simply giving up. Lord knows what I will do if I am denied. Most likely I will just give up. At one point or another we must admit that we are doing ourselves more harm than good by staying in this sort of relationship. Obviously every bone in my body tells me that breaking up is just simply not an option, but I don't know how long that can last. 2 years, 3 years, 4??? Maybe I will cheer up once the processing times change, but even then it will only mean that I have to wait until the processing date reaches 30 days after I got my NOA1. I understan what you are feeling, I know you do not want to here : don't worry, things will get better or any of those but do cheer up. I have been without my husbnad for over 4 months ( I know there are others who have been apart longer), when we had gotten married 2 days later he left to go back home, 3 months later I saw him for 2 weeks. I know it is very fustrating seeing all these people who just got in line jump ahead of you but you will get through. I do not know you guys but I don't think you would be denied, for what reason?Because you have been sentenced away from your fiancee due to a stupid lenghty process from the USCIS. Or is it because the USCIS skipped your petition to approve the ones after yours?. Hon..........cheer up and think about the light at the end of the tunnel. The only difference between us is my case is at Missouri (sp??) and you have yours at the service center. Be patient though, the approval will come soon . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Second k-1 petition	On August 2nd : Please I need your help one more time, I entered here on k-1 visa 9th june 2006,spent just 2 weeeks with my U.s fiance,but we were not living together as she wanted it so I cooperated,that is not enough,she kept finding faults and make my stay hre in the U.S frusting and always saying at any little misunderstanding that she won't marry meany more. I and her pastor has tried to make this marriage work but she still insisted not to marry me. This lady has made things so hard for me since the past 5o days plus i have spent here in U.S. To summarrize all in short. yesteday,she sAid her decision is she can't marry me. I have been sponsoring myself since I came here till now and she doesn't care and I don't have any more money to spend and she has decided not to marry me. And my return tickets has expired on the 5th July 2006. Based on the Affidafit of support she sign to take care of me till I start working. I am frusted right,No money to take care of myself,No return ticket back home. Please what legal action can I take to sustain myself here and to get ticket fare back home before the 90 days expires.I am really hurting emotionally. I have left all, my good payed job,home (apartment), all for the U.S and My usc fiance want to frustrute me. Can I legally make any sort of claims for losing all for for her intentionally frusting me. resigning from my work and emotional turture. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I’m cursed	Sent my RFE to CSC last Tuesday, Priority mail 2 to 3 day delivery, with delivery conformation and it still hasn't arrived there. I called the post service and was informed that the 2 to 3 days delivery was not guaranteed, and could take up to 14 days. So the Priority Mail which cost $4.05, is the same as First class mail, which cost .39. Seriously if I knew that it would have take this long I would have spent the 14.00 and over nighted it. so sorry to hear, the pacakage will get there. I have always had problems with USPS. What I was returning my RFEs what I did was sent it regular first class mail -the first one apparently have not gogtten there so the second one was sent regular mail but certified.
