Middle East and North Africa	NOA2 and the mysterious envelope?	How do u email the USCIS ... what kind of questions can u ask them? After you sumbit ds-230 part I, they will schedule an interview which is packet 4. Consulates work differently. There is no "packet 3" or "packet 4" in Casablanca. There is a single packet that will include the interview date as well as the DS-230. Your fiance will bring the completed DS-230 to the interview. You will not receive separate notification of the interview date from USCIS. Ok so when he gets his packet he will have his interview date in it. I was reading somewhere, cant remember where, a link someone sent me, and it said he should receive his packet in about 3-4 weeks after receiving the NOA2. I feel as nervous now as I did getting all the papers together for the initial petition. Im soo afraid I will do something wrong, or not do enough. Sorry everyone for all the questions... Im a basket of nerves since I got my NOA2. For all those waiting, Im sure your NOA2 will come anyday now. I emailed them about a question I had on the uscis website and I received a response back that they were still working on the March cases. And I received that just about 3 weeks ago. So at the time I did not expect to hear anything on my case for another month and a half atleast. Then suddenly I got the email stating my NOA2 was approved, so evidently they're catching up. I am still waiting on my NOA2... getting impatient rather quickly..... so do we have to call NVC at any time to get a interview or will be it be in the packet.... i spend hours reading these threads and I am tooooo getting overwhelmed with info and remeber reading it but it is difficult to find for Moroccan info... Middle East and North Africa	i need advice	i know what you mean about the second marriage ceremony ... my fiance Azzeddine has been married before too... and he says it it not nesesary to have a big ceremony again he did that already... But he said we would have one for me if I wanted it ... however we willl be married here.. and possibly go back ina few years and have mock ceremony to just enjoy the experience.... GOOD LUCK in you interview... let us know the outcome........ I dont think they ask the children anything.. that is just not fair to ask kids something they really have no clue about...... I did contact my Congressman last week about my feelings of being left behind somewhat... how ever she seems to think they look at the fact history and making sure i am not having a pattern cos i was married to a morocan before..... but she did say i am well over my amount of time to be safe from any waviers or issues.... A lot of our photos u can see both rings his/mine!!!! I asked Azzeddine not to wear his too, but he said he will "ponder " the issues and see ...he has worn his since January so if he takes it off now they will so notice the color differance in the finger due to the sun and indents... So it could bring idea of he his hiding something catch 22... I know he will never lie to them so i made it his call ... Middle East and North Africa	APPROVED TRANSLATORS-LIST RECEIVED FROM CASABLANCA	So if the translator is not on this list ..... the translations that have already been done will not be accepted???? there were no translators listed in my So city.. he has one that is certified and we have all the stamps and signature that are required..... Just one more thing for me to worry about ..... we have already sent one document translated with our I129f.... still waiting on our NOA2!!! Middle East and North Africa	Wednesday!	Hi VJ family.... well we are a midst of a storm front.. Freezing rain and up to 12 inches of snow coming!!! I really despise living in the midwest!!!! I swear Florida or Cali is calling my name by next winter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We recieved a email last night stating our petition was finally approved ...OMg I am still in disbelief I have read it so many times and had my room mate read to make sure I read it correctly !!!!! Ok whats next !!!! I know I know "read the threads" but for the life of me i dont know where to begin I have read all the threads so many times I probably could be versed in them but tonight I am upside down beside mysefl.... I just got a email at the beginning of the month stating I will have to wait up to 180 days...So we just decided to throw in the towel and wait our time out and not even worry any more... WOW ALLAH does provide to those who have patienct. ALLAH is the greatest ...THANK YOU ALLAH.......alhumdilallah...... Ok I am going to see Azzeddine in January what should I bring !!!! I am not sure if I will have time to produce any new photos for his interview cos I wont get back unitl January 30th and I am sure his interview will be in Febuary from remebering the other time frames..... But I guess we can get a few done at the Marijane..... OMG I am going a mile a minute !!!!!! I bought a ticket with Iberia for January (with the 15 hour layover),for 570. from Chicago to Casa... then bought a ticket for Omaha to Chicago 180. but I had 100. voucher to use with CheapTickets... I bought my ticket right thur the Iberia website...!!! I am not toooooo concerned about the lay over as I am about the flight home and 3 hours connections (with customs and the hightened security checkpoints)... I just left it for him to organize in his way with everything in folders ....He still need to add my lettersna dcard i have sent him but pretty much everything is ready !!!!! He finally schedule the Doc App.... for Monday am..... he would not talk with his secertary wanted HIM directly to make sure the was no space for error in time....Azzeddine tends to be a bit direct and wants "answers" he almost insist on eye contact with whom ever he is in talking with.... I hope his directness does not bite him in back side durning the interview!!!!!! I have sent him the questions and I have some more someone posted awhile ago...... Middle East and North Africa	Ok I read to much here!!!OK	Ok .. I am reading too much on VJ..... I read about all the denials coming from Morocco... We have our interview on the 22nd .. and now I almost totally convienced we will be denied, I dont even want him to go now in fear of rejection. I just got back from visiting him for 14 days( now I feel it was not long enough for "them") I brought all our paper work for him that I had. He recieved the interview letter while I was there so it was very exciting but now reading here scares the holy terror out of me... We have maybe 3 red flags to be worried about but he beleives he has it under control with his responses.. 1. i was married before to a moroccan/(that had immigration issues)divorced about 3 yrs.. separated 4yrs 2.he is divorced from a moroccan divorced about 7 yrs 3. he has son she has custody ( on the interview letter they send the papers for his son too..) but we are not planning to bring him "yet" we will wait We are just 2 yrs age differance so no issues there... I have been there 2x for vacation..over 1600 photos.( not bringing that many LOL) 18 months of phone records(started international phone service then), 2.5yrs of emails, chats.... snail mail from both....I dont know what else to include....
