I need a cheaper way.... But i am not near my pc very often, and if I am reading clearly the SO can also call u under the same subscription .? I have unlimited plan on my cell phone now so that would be excellant.. Does it keep track so u can print copies for the interview? I just want to understand why it does not go in order...... she said i have to wait until 5 months (i understand that) which means 1 more month in October for our 5th month agrhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... but I see plenty have been approved after in ours and even into June.... maybe my case is on the desk of slow reader.. i know calm down and breath... but it hurts waiting just to find out if it is approved ....I know i still have a few months more after that but i just want to know something now..... sorry to vent but no one here(around me) really understands the process of waiting , just fellow VJers....... ready to break out the tissues.... any one else game for pity party with me.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Lousy day .. new info on our case	First of all.... I am very upset ,the tears just keep coming & coming.... I called my Congressman again today to get an update from him and give him my side of the updates.... I am almost 1 month outside of processing times and I files service inquiry a few weeks ago... still have not heard anything but I was (not successful)waiting patiently...He did not give me any news that he had not alread gave me .. THAT THEY LOOKING IN MY PAST MARRIAGE , i was married to a Moroccan before here in the USA( he had immigration issues and was deported) there was allegation of marriage fraud from his previous marriage back in 2000 but they could not get solid evidence to get a Federal Indiment.. so he was deported on overstaying a school visa ...with that said ..they are looking into my past to see if I am creating a pattern...I AM NOT... that was in 2005 ... so I asked him if I should get my attorney involved in this matter and he said at this point YES, it will good to them cos if you have the State involved plus attorny at this point they wil start to believe I am serious and I have nothing to hide...plus he said we may need to file FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT thingy.. to make them release what they are looking into proof.. So I emailed my Attorney in LA( I live In Nebraska), she replied , she was hoping it would not have come to this level but then was not surprised... even though she told me to proceed with out her in the beginning.. She told me they will definitly get any docoments from the arresting officer and the same guy that intargated me for 3 hours with other HOMELAND SECURITY Offiicals to see what his reports state.. well long story short this man is the devil himself TOM M.. you dont ever ever want to meet this person.. he is cruel, rude, a lier, scum of the earth.(I know he is only doing his job but ...) He flat out said HE HATES MOROCCANS and will go his grave til he gets all out of USA... so needless to say I am screwed..... The only thing in my favor is a document he said my marriage to MO was not a scam and was real and bonafide...but whether this is in still in file is what has my attorney worried ... so she is going to look into it somemore and said we may have to contact this TOM M on our own at some point.. but she will not do anything until we are 6 months out of processing.... So now i have to wait another 5-6 months to here anything... So now you all can see why I have crying all day ... it could be 1 year before he is here if I can even get past this first stage... So now I have to decide what my next step is.... Wait and cry... try to be strong... give in and let them win.. So I am doign some creative fiancing to see if I can go to Morocco in January with what i have saved for the interview ... I am up for suggestion to a good Ticket price.... Help!!!! This is not so easy to type thur the tears..( I know buck up and face it)just understand this is really hard... I file my second service inquiry yesterday due the fact the first went to the 45 days, Well today I get this email: Dear M. I am going to Morocco to see my fiance cos I miss alot plus I have not been there in 1 year and I dont want them to deny me based on I have not seen him in the 2 years .. cos it looks like it could be close to 2 yrs if they even aprove my visa. Any suggestions,,,,the Congressman is already involved he basically told me the same thing in October but seeing in writing from USCIS is harder to swallow.... Thanks guys... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	he got the call?????	Hi guys,,, Azzeddine got the "call" today... but its was not the call we thinking we would get... They called this morning and told him to return next WEDNESDAY, well he asked them if would be ok to come on Monday cos he will be in Casa for some business. They told him that would be fine, he then tried to ask if he will recieve his visa and the guy did not know "DUHHHHHHH"y he did not know... the guy just said "maybe it is for your second interview?" So Azzeddine just accepted his response , then after a hour of my unsettled worries , he said "honey do u want me to call them back" well of course LOLOL so he got different guy!! Azz asked what he should bring to the appointment and the guys said bring your passport DUHHHHHHH again,,,, they took his passport last week........... and the guy said OHHHHHHHH then just come with nothing.. So he asked what is the appointment for and the guy" maybe the second interview" So now what do I think of this all this.... email from them said Administrative Processing .... i am soooooooo confused...... i thought if they take the passport it mean visa however i know they can do what they want... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	!!! VISA IN HIS HANDS!!!!	Azzeddine recieved his Visa today!!!!!! omgosh omgosh......I am ready to burst with Happiness.... My Congressman called me this morning to wish us Congrats.. I was like what???????? Azzeddine has not called yet I know he was returning today to turn in the stuff they wanted to see again.. the Congressman said well he just recieved a email stating Congrats to us and Azzeddine can pick up his visa anytime..... Azzeddine finally called 30 minutes later and i was already to happy ad he was surprised I knew already... But he had it in his hands as we spoke.. giving me detail on teh DO NOT OPEN envelope(LOLOL) and how they had called him about 3 times before he even arrived in CASA this morning reminding him do be here and bring the doc's... but he said as he handed the doc's they gave him the passport and brown envelope so it was already ready!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2009 filers -- post here!!!	We got a total of two 221g's. The first one was for a religious divorce decree which we submitted. Then they called my fiance for a 2nd interview with my 2009 tax returns. During his 2nd interview they issued him another 221g for concrete wedding plans in USA upon his arrival. I think the 2nd 221 was out of the ordinary, but we submitted the requested documents on Tuesday with his passport, and now just waiting for his visa to be issued. I am hoping that good news will happen now as they did request his passport this time around. Just cross your fingers, and I am glad that the wait for you is almost over. As I know you waited a long time for your NOA2, and good news is coming your way now. Star wow they sure makes us all jump thur hoops... WELL I SEE GOOD NEW FOR BOTH OF US!!!!!!! Azzeddine had his inteview Monday it went very well............... they just requested some evidence for 2007, and he brought it back yesterday, along with a letter fro my parents with the approval of our relationship... They asked for his passport and gave him a blue reciept....NOT SURE IF THAT MEANS VISA !!!! does any one know? I ask on another post and not getting much responses.... I am just scared to be be tooooooo excited yet...... Hang in there to all that have hit bumps in the visa journey.. Congrats to all for their up coming weddings, and AOS. I filed my second service inquiry last week....did not get back good news... I posted a topic last week about it.. They have delayed my case due to background checks and I will have to wait up to 180 days.. I am going to see my fiance in January so I do have something to look forward tooo.. My fiance wanted to get married while I was back home with him but I think that will screw things up really bad at this point sooooo i told him we need to wait til a decision . [/quote] Thanks so much.... but I think it will be a long haul... the Attorney believes they will pull my ex's immigration files and talk to the ICE agent , which is also the same Agent that interviewed me for 2-3 hours long with 5 other high officials of HOMELAND SECURITY(I WAS REFUSED MY ATTORNEY during the ordeal) as I was employed with Homeland Security as TSA, long and horrible story....BUt in the end my ex was only deported on over staying his school visa,,, and the agent did state to the deporation judge that our marriage was bonafide , now I hope he just put in his files...
