I only check 1 time per day and that when I wake up     Yeah.. Me too.. I always check it every morning.. These pass few days, I love to disappoint myself when I wake up.   I started to check less often.. Now I check twice a week. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2014 Filers	I am starting to get pretty anxious and upset..especially after seeing approvals for people that filed end march april when there are so many people still waiting from january feburary...Seems like they have no organized system...its more of luck of the draw!!! Actually it's not! The ones you see from march or April or even February are from California Service Center. Some of them think they are being processed by Texas Service Center just because they send their package to Texas, so they fill their timelines like that on VJ. Seems like things are getting only faster (I remember seeing 1 month approuving time, but hey - I'm not the only one already who got it in 2 weeks!) Or is it as soon as you get your visa? We have to fly out to CA since it's not legal in texas for same sex couples :/ But I will fly out as soon as I get my visa, being apart sucks and no cuddles. hah! :')   We're thinking about October, November or if we're unlucky with the visa, December But if we're lucky with it, why not September? So basically, whenever possible!   CA is a great place to get married so I think it'll be amazing for you!   I'll send you message! I know, I'd stay quiet for now   I was just wondering, What would happen if someone who has sent their I-129F form in and they go to the states but marries anyways, What would happen then? I know they would lose the $340 filing fee, and start all over with another application.   As the couple already shows their intention to get marriedby filing a K1 visa, it would be the worst thing to get married with a tourist visa before getting the fiance visa. The government never accepts lying to the US and misusing visas, bcs when you enter the states with a tourist visa, it means you promise that you're only visiting and will not do anything illegal (like getting married) while you are there.   I'd say never consider it!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2014 Filers	Hmmm.. Same here, I'm getting everything ready for my interview, even though I haven't even got a date yet. I've put everything in a plastic folder ready. But just didn't know with the pictures If I could do that. :/ It would be the London embassy. Isn't it too early to get ready for the interview?   I don't think we'll get approval before June or July at least! TSC is so darn slow, and they are still processing December files now... So I gave myself at least 4 months of waiting. And this is me being hopeful    I try not to look at CSC approvals anymore, or it's going to turn me into an aggressive, stressful person I thought USA was a country proud of it's being equal to everyone, but I just can't see how they manage the equality issue here!   I need a shoulder to cry on and my fiance is thousands of miles away, ..... I was just thinking to myself "I just need this NOA2 and it will all be over soon" I am going insane not being with him, It's slowly killing me, We should all stay strong and hope we get our NOA2 soon, I see that TSC isn't really doing it in order by Months.. Some are still waiting since December, Some have had theirs from Feb. *cross fingers* there will be news soon   That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file to Texas lockbox. So those Feb approvals are actually the ones in CSC. TSC approves files in at least 4 months...   I totally understand how you're feeling, I'm like that, too Everyday without him is killing me, and I just want to get done with this as soon as I can. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2014 Filers	I've told myself to expect early June, but hope and pray for something earlier.  Goodness, I wish we could fix that problem for you, or that we could change the timeline format so it wouldn't allow that to happen.     What's driving me most bonkers is that there is pretty much NOTHING we can do in the meantime to plan, or help the process in any way.  Gah!    I've also told myself that after this NOA2, things have GOT to get faster!!! I also like to use timeanddate.com to countdown to the "supposed" date of my adjunction.    At least you know you're not alone!!     I know, they messed it all up and gives us false hope basically. :/ to be honest anything is possible..it depends on where in those stacks is your file. I know TSC timelines are messed up because people think their files are being processed by TSC just because they send the package to Texas Lockbox!! And some put the info in their timelines as transferred to California from Texas, even though there wasn't a transfer, they just think Texas Lockbox is TSC!    So this messes up our timelines,   But anyways, my timeline says I'll get my NOA2 in June. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2014 Filers	My fiance,  is currently deployed somewhere in Japan, is a US Navy, and he haven't received anything from the Mailbox, I saw on the case status the Alien # has changed last Apr2.   If you can see your case on USCIS, then you got NOA1, since you have your case number. From their website, or by calling them, you can ask them to send another NOA1 by mail. But no worries, your file is there   We received our NOA1 on March 6th. So far no Alien Registration Number.. :/ Makes me fear we did something wrong.    ARN isn't something that important. Most people say it's just a bug that the website has. Some get their ARN changed on USCIS website 3 months after sending the package, some do a day later. And it doesn't effect the way your file is being looked into. So It's not so important. How does this work? They must surely not process them in order, because some people who submitted in February are still waiting.  Oh well.     Guess I'll go back on buzzfeed.com.  or watch "Frozen" again.  Or maybe "30 Rock."   I know!!!
