Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 ....Part 5...children??	I am filling out the new i-751 and it states on there to include children who you want to remove conditions on. I am confused too, but I believe that since they don´t have a place to check that they are a US citizen and they only provide a place for the A#, that they mean only to add children if you want to do the ROC for them too. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Had interview today, got 221G white slip Singapore pending documents	yes, it's necessary. they want certified copies at the interview - at least in singapore. not sure about honduras, you might want to check in with your regional forum.   i don't know what country you're interviewing at but in singapore, you carry your original birth certificate to the interview. you do not need to send it in. the process for the consulate in your country may be different.   Well, I sent my ORIGINAL to USCIS- with my I130-- but I guess your right- would hate to be at the LAST STEP and they lost it or don't have it- so I went ahead and bought another original- lets look at it as a $50 insurance policy-- spent thousands why worry about something like that to screw things up--- soooooo tired of this..   better safe than sorry is what they say. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Had interview today, got 221G white slip Singapore pending documents	you need a certified copy of your divorce certificate. contact the county clerks office where the divorce was finalised and they will issue one for you (usually pretty cheap, less than $20?). once you give them the missing documents, it shouldn't be more than 4 weeks (and that was over the xmas and new year's period for the person i am thinking of) for your fiance to get her passport back with the visa.   I purchased a certified copy of my divorce decree and sent it in with our application--  I only have a copy now- they should have the original-- I been contemplating PURCHASING another divorce decree- but do you think that is necessary?  I have nightmares about something like this coming up- as much as I plan and prepare--   its got to be devastating-- but out of our control after the fact. US Citizenship General Discussion	Deported for an Agravated felony but we think he is a US Citizen? You have to get ahold of the Military so they can send you an email showing they have no record..and Jan also didn't get a number drawn for military so I hope this isn't such a hasstle..the med board is in Copenhagen so surely the danes there would understand this. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC has idiots working	It is a raised seal stamped and it is signed...15 july 2013...its on the 2nd page and it is from the courthouse from where the divorce was issued in America..the top of the divorce paper AND the certified seal are the same place..I cannot understand what they cant understand...he married an American in 2004..he never lived in the states..he went Back to Denmark..they decided to long of a wait to be together so she got the divorce in America as she was a USC..thats it....This is what I don't understand...its an American divorce..paperwork certified..what do they NOT see???.. and the paperqwork is in black and white..its what the courthouse only provides...	janw	Female	Denmark	2013-08-01 18:05:00

Im the us Citizen waiting on my Danish spouse Im hoping as well for an August interview for him..last thing he had to do was to re-send an RFE on civil docs..that was 10 june we got notice and he mailed it right away back to the NVC..so far No word from NVC.
