I'm sick of this BS!!!!!! I try to give myself hope but for what??? Seems like nothing is going to happen anyway!!!!!!!!!

I really wish i would have let her get her tourist visa....Her aunt was going to sponsor her saying that she was traveling due to a seminar for her business where she worked in.... I really am beginning to regret having done things " the right way " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they wonder why the system is all F'd up!!!

Did you write anybody to try to assist you; ie. your senator, congressman, etc?
Did you file under expediting provisions?

All i have ever asked for are 2 things.

1. Balance the rate of approvals....What i mean is have like a weekly quota per petition that needs to be approved. The more applied for petitions obviously have higher approval numbers per week but at least there isnt a complete stand still with any type of petition.

2. Keep us better informed...anything is better then an automatic computer update on the same date every month!!


Would make the process more efficient and more tolerable for everyone!!!

How long ago was that a 'fact'?

If it was a pre-9/11 fact, well...yeah that's why that changed.

If it was a more recent fact, then I have no explanation as to why they slowed down.

Hell, right before we filed, my fiancee was all about how we were getting the fastest service center, this was a mere month or so before we filed.

Now, it has come to a screeching halt.

So.

It was just a musing on my part...trying to give you some sort of 'out' as to why your process was sucking so hard. unsure.gif

There really is not much we could do.....as for marching or protesting....1. millions have protested around the world for a stop the war...what happened ...NOTHING!!! 2. Millions of immigrants marched for immigration reform ...so far ...NOTHING..... so what will a couple of us actually accomplish...they dont give a $hit about us!!!!!!!!! Especially with the " workers petitions" you know that their tax dollars mean more then us being with our SO's.......what a hopeless feeling....Whe i started months ago, i wrote to the USCIS director, local senator...what did i get ...NOTHING!!!!
