K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION : MAY FILERS ... lets keep in touch!	.....OK....more new news......After finding out yesterday bout the RFE i called my lawyer right away.....I let her know that i knew for a fact that it was sent on the 18th and that there is no way it would take more than this week to arrive...I left that on an aswering machine....well today first thing i called her again and explained everything...she said "well i have a huge pile of mail which i will try to get to today or tomorrow" i told her i want news by friday the latest.....Well late this afternoon she left a message on my cell telling me that the RFE letter was in the pile....And to top it off...the evidence that they want...your going to laugh!!!! She forgot to have me sign one of the forms...that is all they asked for... .....NEVER EVER DEPEND ON A LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Filing a appeal will be a waste of time and lots of money. It seems you did not send the required proof of meeting in the past 2 years. Start gathering all your proof. Read the guides here K1 Guide. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA1	but we used the USCIS info here http://www.uscis.gov...00045f3d6a1RCRD and it says they approve debit cards o.o "USCIS accepts credit cards in all domestic Field Offices that accept payments." K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA1	we didnt get any comfirmation. i knew uscis sends an email when they start processing it but we didnt get any yet. my fiance said he'll go at the post office on monday because he lost the tracking number i dont think it got lost because he sent it overnight. but he'll go to check it anyway. also he didnt send a check, he sent his debit card info. could that make it slow? There you go, that's the problem. You will probably get the petition back. USCIS does not accept debit/credit cards for payment. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 delay...loosing hope	Hello everybody, As everybody here I'm worried about the wait and the whole process in general. In fact, our situation has been unusual from the beginning and I was wondering if we might still be influenced. The situation is that we filed our first I129F petition back in December of 2009. We really made sure everything is in place. My Fiance and I are both experts in any kind of paperwork (due to our jobs specifics). Therefore, I'm absolutely confident that we had everything needed in our package. Unfortunately we NEVER had ANY kind of response from VSC. The package seemed to went nowhere. Has anybody ever run into something like that? I would really appreciate your knowledge and experience guys! I started thinking that problems with our 'second' (we filed in September of 2010) paperwork might be related to the problems with our 'first'. Please let me know if anybody has ever had something related to our situation. Thank you in advance! It seems there is a 6 month average wait, could be a little longer. Just hang in there. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RFE after 6.5 months of waiting...	I just don't know what it could possibly be for. I made a copy of the whole packet. We signed and dated everything. Included all necessary forms, copies of passport stamps, boarding passes (even two showing us on the SAME flight together), a dozen photos with dates, e-mails, Skype phone records, copy of my BC, copy of my passport, copy of his US tourist visa, his passport, the passport photos for both of us.......EVERYTHING. I think USCIS is punishing me for calling to bug them about my case so much during these months. I have no clue what it can be...hope it isn't something stupid - I heard USCIS lost another couple's birth certificate, and wanted another copy. Such incompetence. Where are you Vermont!? Show us a sign! On a good note, one of my case workers (with a senators office) called Washington today to complain about the false processing times the USCIS is giving out. She said she got frustrated enough after so many calls that she called and yelled at someone about it. Hopefully they will at least update the site to reflect the 6 month reality. Good luck y'all!
