I sure want to! We already sent the RFE back, signed and marked as they asked to. Listen everyone, Byron, we can't lose our faith here....this might be making us feel like ####### cause we've been waiting so long for this....for something that we really want in life and only God knows how much we want this but after all this waiting, only good things will come for us. We'll be rewarded and I'm sure God has big plans for us waiting....let's just keep thinking positive and I'm sure Byron, your approval will come very very soon!!!!

Yeah im trying...the reason i get nervous about a second RFE is because my lawyer sucks!!! The first one was because of a document she forgot to have me sign according to her, but when i called in they said it was that and that a question about wether i have ever been acused of a crime was never answered, and when i went to see the lawyer she ONLY had me sign a paper...i called her and she said that she answered the question for me, but at this point i dont know if i could trust her...

I called in and all they can tell me was that it was still being processed and to wait about 30 days....

I told her was there a way she could look and see if there was anything else my case might need and she said no i can't see details about your case....so i asked her , is what i have on my computer screen all she has....she said yes......so they really have like regular operators just seeing what we see and nothing more...whats the point...i called using the RFE trick...well since I really did get a RFE, its not really a trick....i thought they were able to see more than what i could see....guess i was wrong, or i got a lazy person!!

WOW, I actually got a touch, it says that they received the requested evidence ( a missing signature on a form) and that now the case processing has resumed....it says i will be notified by mail within 60 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! .....Please tell me that this is just due process and that it really doesnt take that long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
