Today my fiance called USCIS using the RFE trick and this really nice lady told him that our case had been assigned to an officer and that we would be hearing something from them shortly! We were very happy and of course we were touched because of the phone call. And just now my fiance got an email from them telling us we were approved!!!!!! We're really happy, we were approved in 138 days since filling. So I really felt like posting this good news for you guys and tell you that CSC is really working on our may fillers cases and I think we'll see a lot of others being approved in the next fews days. So when I asked to speak with a supervisor they would not let me. I was so mad when the operator told me this I wanted to scream. So the operator said they would e-mail the contractor who takes care of shipping the documents and they would call me back. And guess what I never received a call back. So I am waiting for tommorow and first thing I am doing is going to my Congressman's office. This is totally abusrd I thought it was supposed to be days not months. Is any one else having the same problem???? TB Try calling NVC ( National Visa Center ) ask if they have a file number for you..
