K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	Feb filers...be ready for NOA2...you are next.  I just filed mine towards the end of Jan and was forwarded to CSC at the beginning of Feb.  Now, I just received an email stating that my petition is approved and was mailed to my address on Feb the 18th    Congrats!! Im not holding my breath or Ill go mad. Ive heard the CSC is really fast! but we are at the TSC. lol so I'll just try try try to sit tight. My I-797C does not have a USCIS Alien #. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	Hi SoydeEl, Hang in there.  Everyday moves us closer to the one we love.  It's like when each day passes, I become happier.  Like you, I am praying for an approval for April as well.  I'm not planning the wedding yet.  We will first do a city hall ceremony for the AOS.  God help all of us.    I got my email and text NOA1 today finally!!!! Sooo super excited! It took 15 days but it's on its way to California! AshleyPhilly that's an awesome attitude I'm just so ready for us to be together and I honestly am floored as I read all the difficulties and slow response times w only a few lucky ones here n there...it gets harder and harder as the baby grows n changes so much every day and he's missing EVERYTHING but we are thankful for Skype n Whatsapp still...3 years together and this is not even a guarantee as they can deny us at any of these stages??? Lord help us. Ill try to adopt your optimism but wow it just seems like they should just give us all lie detectors n get over it! Lol Nikki - congrats!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	So today they are closed because of Presidents' Day I assume. So I won't torture myself checking that site today. We (baby and i) were supposed to travel last Thursday to DR to see him but the snowstorms cancelled our visit so now instead of spending time w my honey I'm stressing like crazy over RFE's. omg. I read somewhere he will need to get his old marriage license even thought we have the divorce. Is that true? If so when does all this paperwork need to be dated for the consulate visit? Hoping to anticipate and keep busy as much as possible do it feels like we are at least being productive n proactive (although in reality nothing is in our hands w this). We've gotten Skype set up and Whatsapp since we used to only use phone calls. Skype is truly amazing for us especially w the baby. I'm so sad this process takes so long because I think of how the baby changes each day much less each month. Can't believe there's no way to expedite. Not that I'm thinking we are more important than anyone else it's just sad he missed the last 3 months of pregnancy (flying restrictions for me after 31w preggo - I returned to US on the final day allowed :/) . Praying we get our NOA2 by April? (Wishful thinking??) and we can get through the NVC phase quickly to get the appointment by June/July And I dreaming a sad lonely dream? Everything is difficult without him but w the baby it's magnified. We were able to spend almost am entire month together during my maternity leave in Oct and it was AMAZING. I really loved seeing my honey n our baby boy bond. But I couldn't go back during the holidays cuz prices were outrageous and Feb was our set date since Nov. I'm totally bummed wh is the reason, I guess, for my rambling post here sorry!!! Lol I hope to rebook for march but OMG prices are really incredible. So in the meantime I'd like to plan. The wedding (searching for flexible places since a date is so unknown) trying to find a dress(!) looking at invites we can't order cuz we don't know when or where. HOW are we supposed to plan this? And for the record I know the medical has to be 3 weeks prior to consulate appt and the good conduct from the police we will get again closer (we front loaded one). I sent it via Fed Ex on Feb 7 and they should get it Monday afternoon so I'm hoping to hear something by wed/thurs since I attached the G-1145. I heard the standard notice was one week but I'm praying praying praying this goes smoothly because our baby is already 6 months but it took me forever to get everything together from over the last 3 years! It's so scary and frustrating to see you guys STILL waiting at mud April from Nov filing and so many of the CSC people flying through. I'm happy for them indeed but it should be a much fairer approach of first come, first serve. It would save slit of agonizing. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January 2014 TSC Filers	How many in the December filers thread actually left?   I don't go by Igor's list because I have monitored it for 2 months and noticed that regardless of December filers being approved and updating their timeline, Igor's list hasn't removed them from the awaiting NOA2 list, so the graph would not be accurate either. I don't ever look at igors list. It's corrupted. I think what drives me most crazy is knowing this is just a snippet of the actual filers....so I'd there are that many left imagine how many in reality? Loud help us. If there was rhyme or reason. Call Barbara Walters. Call Oprah. This is AN ATROCITY. I'm tired puff seeing people that have just stunned gettingapprovals many already have had their interviews and are on their way. That's ludicrous. Then you still see Sept thru Dec people still getting approved??????? No way. Send a big chunk to CSC and process these files fairly as they were received. We mailed on Feb 7, NOA1 'received Feb 12. Alien Reg changed Feb 19. Nothing since. It's collecting dust in someone's pile on their desk. The tier2 told me to wait another 15-30 days and that was on march 31st! I'm hoping this week omg!  Are u kidding me???? Another 4weeks?!?! No way!!! What was the reason??? That's just a nightmare! Omg this process is truly hell. All the suffering and sadness to be read here. They should assign individual people to the cases and that would give it a human touch. I guess that's not what they want, but wow. I'm overwhelmed with the angst I read.(and feel) I called today although its been just over 2 months that we got our NOA1 & the officer was so nice. I got the response I expected but like others I thought maybe our file got lost. I was assured its in queue and it could/should happen in the next 3 months or then I can escalate. sad. Guess I'm just going to have to Let the process spin its wheels & stop agonizing or ill be dead before its done. Our 3 month anniversary is coming up at the end if the month. I'm focusing on that and getting his gift ready. It's a cd w little snippets of video of the day we met on the trip. Lol I'm thinking of printing one if those photo books from like snapfish of the baby's progression thus far. He's wanting to get into everything now. At least since he missed everything he can always have a reference of it at his fingertips. We have a first tooth that just popped up a few days ago! Yipppeeee. I also finally got my jogging stroller delivered so I can start to run again. That's a great distraction. Totally clears the mind. That's WONDERFUL guys!!!!! The baby will be 10 months old by then and still no daddy here. Yesterday was a very bad day. I dropped him off at the ditter on my way to the office and just missed him SO much as i walked to The subway. Suddenly I realized this is just a touch of what daddy feels as he doesn't get to see him for MONTHs. What a nightmare. I'm stuck in purgatory. I asked my love why this is happening??? It's just so cruel. 3 years of solid relationship and they haven't even touched the file. They havent even breathed in its direction. I miss him for me too obv! Going to sleep alone every single night. Missing him and how we prep meals together and he always steals a nibble of what I'm preparing, running errands together, date nights, watching tv snuggled up, fighting over the remote and the bathroom. Lol all if it. I miss how he folds his clothes so neatly. Ugh. I just want to feel him , smell his skin, and feel his lips and his arms around me. This is crazy. 2 months and zip. Last night was bad. Immediately went online and filled out all the forms, be prepared for the lengthly online forms which are basically 10 pages of 'are you a human organ trafficker, are you a communist' and in depth history of yourself! Which means all I have left is my medical in 2 weeks and then the interview which will be scheduled after they've received my results. Such excitement! It's so nice to see everyone's cases moving! Sailor is that the DS 160 form??? And Congrats!!!!! Congratulations to all you approved NOA2 peeps!!! I'm SO happy for you but SOOO sad for me!!! Another week and nothing. I always say, they're the best hellos and the hardest/worst goodbyes. But how lucky are we to have someone that we feel that way about? I always try to remind myself of that. We haven't made any progress on our case either. I was hoping we would get NOA2 while we were together. I won't be seeing him again until the whole thing is approved (I would rather us save our money for the wedding and whatnot), so I'm hoping the ball gets rolling soon!! Keep your head up!!!!        Hi Michelle Thank u for your support. I know how it must feel to not see him now for a bit. Before this trip we spent 5 months w no traveling. Hardest month of my life. That's why we decided we need to do our usual of a trip within 2-3 months instead.it also for the baby because omg seeing them together and how much my fiancé has missed is shattering. We need him here. Wedding planning is always super fun and distracting!! I'm goon to for on working out too so I can lose this baby weight. I was SO hot over there w this extra baggage lol. Gross it needs to melt away already so that's my focus until next trip! At least feb is moving now so it's a good sign even if nothing has happened yet we are at least rolling!!!! Lol. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	Came back after my 10 day visit w my love and I am so sad to see no movement on any of our Feb petitions. Tomorrow is April and maybe that's a better month for us all. Fingers and toes crossed. Our goodbye was brutal and he just hugged me and the baby and it was a river of tears from both of us. Awful. Hoping to go back in May for a long weekend. This last 5 month break in between my trips was the longest ever and we agreed we need to figure this out. Awful situation to watch him w our baby and feel how amazing we are as a couple and a family only to have to put iron hold for beaurocracy. But his words during our heartbreaking "so long" I carry in my heart w every breath. It's something we have always recognized and now cling to during this awful limbo. "Some people wait all their lives for this kind of love. We ARE lucky and blessed." Sigh.this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I hope to be approved and have him in the US w us by Oct but I'm thinking through to worst case hopefully Jan! Planning a colder wedding which is ok because it gives me time to lose some more baby weight...I'd love to get married on the beach though so we might have a real wedding an exact year later on the island. I'd love that. We are planning our honeymoon too because he won't be able to leave the US so maybe we will go see California (Nappa Valley etc) althoughayne that's too far since we will have to bring the baby. Lol if not maybe a tour of the south? Not sure yet. Sucks that we can't fly out. Basically I just want him here. I want to snuggle on the couch watching tv and make him dinner and have him make breakfast...etc.... All the mundane little things in a relationship. I miss him every second of every day. Thank God for Skype so he can see a lot of the baby as he changes week to week. Still- my biggest wish is that he's here for our sons first birthday in August. I know.
