K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JUNE 2014 filers - TEXAS SERVICE CENTER	I personally believe what will happen is, April and May filers will be processed at CSC ahead of the current CSC filers in order to meet the 5 month processing time. The process will take about two months in total to process all of those. Then CSC will then pick up where they left off which should be starting with any leftover June and July CSC filers. In the mean time, I don't think TSC will speed up but rather continue at it's normal rate continuing to process January and February filers. Considering that I filed in June and have been watching file times since then, if I were to believe Igor's list, half of January is still waiting for NOA2 while a few February filers are just now being processed. If I'm not mistaken there are still even some December filers still waiting. I personally am not expecting NOA2 even still with TSC rate until December, early January inspite of the  transfers because we are halfway through August and TSC is still playing around with the same months they were with in June that they are now with the exception of some February petitions. That's not a whole lot of movement. Transferring April and May only changes the waits of June and on forth. Same for CSC. Unless anything is being expedited from the Philippines or medical reason, I see a lot of CSC waiting for transfers to finish first. TSC is not moving faster. Transfers being made will make things faster for some but not everyone. . .  I think you are forgetting the fact that TSC will not have a lot of April and May fillers to do. Because they got send to wherever. So us June filers will deff get faster approval. Might be a week faster then anticipated or a month. What is happening???   The average used to be 5 months.. Now its around 6 months. And a bunch of people just got approved from January which s an average of 6 to 7 months.. So like stated in the previous comment.. It got added...   We have been waiting for a month now.. Our time will come.. Don't worry too much about it.. That was brutal and all Philippines cases should be expedited.   By the way, how are you liking Argentina?     They already got expedited for a few months now.. There are people waiting for 7 months now who still did not get a NOA2 because of that. So if you ask me. No, they should not get expedited anymore.   Anyway i read online that they only got expedited till march. So, it's over now. And that right now they are working on all the other cases that got left behind.   I'm very sorry if this is true for you, If not that you are very lucky.   I just would rather not wait 7 months to see my man back. A copy of the BC is good to prove citizenship. Aos, is needed at interview. And if he does not meet the requirements, yeah, he's gonna need a cosponsor. Would prolly be worth it for him to try to be at the interview. Just my opinion.   Yes we have met in person we lived together for 8 months.. i was there on my intership J1 visa and met him there. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 Pasport	Hello,   We are staring to collect all the papers to file for the visa..   I have a few questions. Right now my fiancée has no passport. He does have a birth certificate. Can he just send a copy of that or does he NEED a passport. Once an if we get approved the plan is for him to visit me in Holland and then we both leave. so for that we would need a passport.. is it okay if we apply to get one while we send in the papers for the K1 visa?   And then the next question. He doest make enough to be above the poverty line. he does work full time. and does graphic design next to his job. but that's only when there is something to do. we can get him mom to co sponsor. but do we need her papers and letters with the I-129F or do i need that when i have my appointment in the embassy in Amsterdam? Could u guys please read trough this ans confirm this is everything? or am i missing something? I know there is the step by step form online. But they might be out dated and stuff. I just want to make sure. Thank you   Step by step I-129F   Payment ? Personal check or moneytransfer.   The completed I-129F form.   I-129F Cover Letter   Declaration of how we met in person in the last 2 years. This should be a single typed page attachment regarding 'Question '34.a' of the I-129F of the I-129F. Make sure to sign and date it.   Fiancé Letter of Intent one from you and one from me certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.   Proof of having met in past two years.   A completed Form G-325A for both partners http://www.visajourn...Form-G-325A.pdf   One passport-type photo of the US Citizen and the foreign fiancee. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.   Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen. This is used to establish citizenship.   In regards to Section C Question 2 , if applicable provide certified copies of all court and police records showing the charges and dispositions for any specified conviction(s) (in accordance with the IMBRA). See section 9 of the I-129f instructions for more information   Clip a completed G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, to the first page of your application (on top of the cover page). By completing this form and attaching it, USCIS will send you an email and/or text message to alert you when your application was received.   MPORTANT! Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures. Supporting Evidence that you submit may be photocopies. Retain ALL original supporting Evidence since the USCIS has the right to check them by issuing an RFE (Request For Evidence). If you receive an RFE, follow the direction exactly, and make two copies of what you sent back. However he does do freelance graphic design. Which will put him over the poverty line. But the state where he lives in pays in cash most of the time. so no pay stub. He does have a few pay stubs for the freelance work. but not for everything he did.  So my question is how strictly do they look at that stuff in the Amsterdam embassy? I have more the enough savings to get me trough it all. around 12.000 dollars. Will they take that into consideration? or do they need his income to be 125% with taxes? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G-325A J1 visa residence?	So i am filling in my form.   and i am stumbling on some problems/questions. I was in the united states for 9 months on a J1 visa for my internship.   So I'm assuming i have to fill in the address of the place where i lived in the states on there too right? The company that 'sponsored' the internship provided an apartment for me while i was there.   And another thing. I met my then boyfriend at the place where my internship was. they hired him a month after i was there. And i moved in too his place after about a month. But i still had my other apartment for the time i was there.  But i had 3 roommates so i just stayed with the for the rest of the time.. i never changed my address i just lived with him for the rest of the time   Should i put hiss address on there too? Or just explain this in a supporting document?     One more thing. For Employment for last 5 years. i was working and going to school therefore the internship it was my senior year and i got my degree.   Will this confuse them since i was working and going to school. He has worked at 7 places in the last 5 years. He worked at one for 3 years and then had a few jobs for 1 year. And has a fulltime job since last year again. does he really need to fill in all the jobs even if it was for a month?   he doesnt remember the months he started working there. I am going to the store to print them there. And i am supposed to write the namees of the people in the pictures, date and place on the back of it right? does it matter with what i write it on there.
