An extra pair of eyes can never hurt.   Form G-1145 Payment in the amount of $ 340,- Form  I-129F I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner) G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary) Birth certificate (Petitioner) Letter certifying intent to marry petitioner Letter certifying intent to marry beneficiary Proof of having met in person in the past two years Decleration of how we met by benefieciary Flight Boarding passes, Flight itineraries Photos Proof of ongoing relationship Emails, Facetime history, Skype call logs     And one last question about the pictures i am submitting. I am going to the store to print them there. And i am supposed to write the namees of the people in the pictures, date and place on the back of it right? does it matter with what i write it on there. We had a few pictures of us and with the family. He said they where on his seat of the car with the papers. But they are not there anymore. Anyways, they might be in there. We where gonna get one because he was coming to visit me before I got approved. But we decided not to do that. Does he still need a passport or can we do that once I'm in the us? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Affidat... Worried...	So here's the problem. I hope you guys can help me. My fiancé has not made enough money on his last tax return. On the one from 2013 ( the latest one) he was short of 200 dollars. But now that he has a fulltime job. He is over the required amount. BUT that's not by a lot. I think he is lol 500 dollars over the minimum. But we cannot show that on the taxes. Because he's going to file the next one when I'm hopefully there. And that one will be enough. Now is my question. We can get letters from work stating how much he makes and has a job there. Send in pay slips and deposits and commission checks and all of that. He also has another job he does 2 says a week. Next to his fulltime job. It's for the same company but a different place. That is a seasonal job. We can also get a letter stating that he works there. Would that be enough? Or do they need to see that he made enough on his previous tax return? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Was your I-129F approved within your timeline prediction?	LOL lies! You can believe that if you want to, if it makes you feel better, but so many people who applied before you most likely did the same thing you did, which was follow the instructions to the T and yet they are still waiting. Whether you want to admit it or not, your petition was expedited for simply coming from the Philippines. Philippines based petition don't count because they are in a special expedited category of their own that only Filipino petitioners are benefiting from. Stop wallowing in ignorance and look at the updated timelines of petitions from the Philippines and see the quick approval ratings of those compared to that of other countries and petitioners. Don't get me wrong, everyone is happy for any couple reunited, but in the case for the Philippines, the majority of which which are expedited whether effected by the typhoon or not, their cases can't be held to the same standard as everyone else. If anything, while the Philippines have the most K1 petitions of any country, the fact that they are still being expedited is proven by the fact that nearly every daily approval has a Filipino benefactor approved in 1 month, two months top. Just saying what everyone is thinking and too polite to say for fear of being banned from the thread or having their comment removed.    BTW Original Poster, I don't think the VJ estimated timeline really matter since people don't update their timelines like they should and it doesn't seem to to take in account the transfers - at least for TSC. ??????????????	ayla_42	Female	Netherlands	2014-09-22 06:00:00

CSC let's not even begin about that lol. Seeing ppl get nerveus wen they wait more then a month makes me angry lol. For Texas you make me happy lol. So that won't be able to approve any petitions. But I hope they will get right back and approve faster. But since it's texas I doubt they will. ?? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Interview location	Hi there!  I am a French citizen but currently working in Ireland full time, so I'm a permanent resident here in Ireland. When my fiancé filled out the I-129F, he put as the mailing address my parents's address back in France (with my dad's name as "in care of") as well as the embassy in France for the visa application, but my Irish address as "your fiancé's address abroad".   Will that be a problem at any stage? We have pre-clearance in Dublin so once you are cleared in Dublin you are good to go straight to final destination in USA.    I went through Dublin airport this Saturday to visit my fiancé. I'm a French citizen and usually leave from Paris, but I currently live in Ireland so I went through Dublin. I wasn't aware of the pre-clearence, and very nervous because I had a very short time between my flights in Philadelphia. It didn't help that last time I traveled to the US (in August 2013), I was taken to second screening for something about one of my expired student visa.   But my exprience with Dublin pre-clearance is the exact opposite than yours. I was so happy to know I would not have to go through border control in Philly I was in such a good mood, the officer asked me what was my final destination, I responded Charlotte NC and he then told me he wanted to move back to the US in NC and asked me where I would recommend living, and then "have a good day, welcome to the US". US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Packet 3!! :-)	Salam everyone!! hope you guys are doing well, whether you are prepping, waiting, or celebrating!! i have a question regarding the packet 3 once the petition has been mailed to the beneficiaries country. ours was mailed to Casa on Aug 8, 2013 and i know it takes a bit to get there and then they have to sort out the date and time. can anyone give me a heads up about a time frame as to when or what is normal and when should i begin to get curious? :-) thanks for all your advice and comments ahead of time!! o and btw, no negative feed regarding it being Casa or a MENA country!!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Wedding :-)	Salaam everyone!! insha'allah everyone is doing well on your journeys and you have much patience for those in waiting and those just beginning :-) i will be returning to morocco in september to insha'allah marry habibi!! for those of you who have done this in Morocco, are there any tips/advice/secrets you wish to share? i have printed out all paperwork needed and am hoping to mail him some things ahead of time for him to get translated early so it is less time while there. in general this is what i have concluded as far as how the process should be :-)   Attend US consulate in Casa for Eligibility paperwork as well as Certificate of Nationality and also getting copies of my passport Go to Rabat Embassy to collect a police record visit local doctor for medical exam take to adoul previous papers as well as birth certificate, US police record, certificate of religion, letter of employment they will give a packet to complete then will return to finalize everything   everything should be translated from english to arabic and should have several copies of everything. do these copies need to be certified? any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!! we are just being patient and wanting to do things correctly but promptly. I just said no negative females because I have encountered a lot because of him in the MENA or whatever when people group all of them together and whatnot. I greatly appreciate your response!! There was nothing negative said to him they just kept his passport and told him they would contact him. And I emailed the consulate regarding the website and they just responded saying he was in administrative processing and would contact him. I was just curious if the website would ever say ap or would just stay ready until decision made. Inshaallah we have good news soon but until then we will be patient :-) nothing to hide and nothing to rush I meant remarks not females! Stupid auto correct! We never received any form of paperwork stating the status of our case, just a verbal phone call saying we were denied. So now it has returned back to uscis . Didn't know if anyone had been through this before. I'm sure our case will have expired to do anything further besides starting a new one but just curious as to others outcomes if had this done. One other couple's packet left the NVC on the 6ths and was in GH in about 2 days (based on timelines). Ours left the NVC on the 6th and is still not in GH!!! I thought these files were DHL'd? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	How do people do this??	I feel for you guys...... It is a long wait. Once you did everything right, just chill. Everyday you come back to VJ, you will notice theres another person 1 more day newer than you..... Think of advice you give them. I submitted March 1 and look, June 1 is coming up so fast. The first month is torturous, the second gets better. By the third, you'll boycott the site a bit.......and based on where I am now, Im beginning to worry again... Could I still get an RFE, am I ready for what it means to get and NOA2? From here on, Skype. Skype, Skype and skype. It will keep you grounded, maintain your sanity and gie you a few moments of bliss! As a couple who haven't cohabited with an S/O before, we discuss the big move, living together dealing with transistions and a lot of stuff that we hope will prepare us for 'the rest of our lives'. Talking fears, anxieties and hopes etc. etc. Try to learn 1 new thing about the next step of the process each week. AND...... Your relationship comes first. If you every catch yourselves talking to each other and the first questions out of someones mouth is "Have you been to VJ" or "Whats our new estimated date", you need a time out. I'm serious, there was a point where romance begins to look like a business deal! Relax.....and don't forget: If everything goes well (my fingers are crossed for you), this is the beginning of the end of singlehood. Enjoy it...and maybe make a bucket list!!!!! Somewhere on the website I found that if you sent it to the Texas lockbox and your application was re-routed to Cali or Vermont, you are to still maintain your original destination.... If you look at the timelines, our profile never same up in the CSC timeline, but in the TSC one. These timelines cannot be changed manually.
