Middle East and North AfricaNVC forwarded our case to Tunis...how long is the wait for the interview now?

Awwwww bless you both Hedi and Colleen, i know you will do great on your interview and it will even be more sweeter because of the trials it took to get it.
Best wishes to you ~ And Dailroya the waiting is got to be the most crucial part of the whole process by far! I got a bottle cap today and the little inscription

on the inside said, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." Grannyism #13 !!! khaled was born on the 13th ~star_smile.gif  And the answer to the bottle cap, YES it sure does heart.gif
Peace be upon you all (((((((hugs)))))))

Thank you so so much for the encouragement. Truly it means a lot to me. star_smile.gif  Khaled and I are the most positive loving couple and we already know what
is expected in our relationship as we lived as a married couple in Sfax. Even tho some of the USCIS and or the State Department personnel can be rude
and blunt, we are still respectful and leave them with only good things to say about us. We have dealt with the embassy in Tunis when we got married and
found them to be nothing less then helpful and very nice to us. In a separate situation, they helped me return to the states to care for our home. We ran
into problems with the renters (not paying and trashing the place) They were so helpful and genuinely cared about our situation and helped me return
home in a flash. ????? ???

I came back, removed the renters (sheesh---what a process that was!) and removed all their trash. I stopped the foreclosure on our home and got

our affairs back in order. We both are self employed and are very self sufficient people. We Skype on a daily and he is fluent, not only in English, but French

Italian and of course Arabic. Honestly, we would wait until the end of time for each other. He is much more patient then i am, for sure---Patience is certainly

not one of Aries better qualities. With God's teachings, I am much better than i used to be, darned Americana in me! hhhhhhh just jokin'.... I just see this as one of my
lessons in this life.....to be more patient. It just gets to me sometimes... as the days go by....i see its one less that i have spent by my husbands right hand.

I just don't understand. We are already married!
i thought we came before non-married people? <i mean no disrespect to those couples who are not married yet. tongue.png

I have been to the American Embassy in Tunis before....there were like 3 people there, i know they are not busy.

So frustrating! sad.png

When i ask (NVC) for a statue update on our case  OR for a time frame on WHEN an interview date
will be scheduled they keep sending me this, copied and pasted garbage. On the phone, they are so nonchalant
and even condescending about it...and they wonder why folks get so upset, its our lives your messing with people!

2/21/2014 From the NVC:

"We have finished reviewing your case. We will tell you when we set an interview date for your case.
Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in TUNIS, TUNISIA about your interview until we give you the date."

Can anyone help with a time frame, please?
