Pues si, Lucho me ayudo mucho sacandome de esa duda, y el pasado judicial es el mismo certificado judicial o de policia. No tienes que sacar "certificados de buena vecindad" como lo han hecho muchas chicas aconsejadas por otras personas de otros paises. En el caso de Colombia, solo se expide un solo certificado judicial (libreta verde) si la persona esta limpia de antecedentes. Si ella ha vivido en otros paises por mas de seis meses, pues tambien tendría que presentar el certificado de policia de todas las ciudades donde haya vivido en ese país. Y que casualidad, hoy acabo de recibir despues de 5 semanas mi certificado migratorio (Carta de entradas y salidas de Colombia). La informacion para sacar este registro la puedes obtener en esta direccion http://www.das.gov.co/ en la parte donde dice SEDES, ahi encuentras el telefono y la direccion donde se debe ir personalmente (tu prometida) a solicitar ese documento. Este enlace te dice los documentos que ella tiene que presentar: http://www.gobiernoe...aspx?traID=1715 . Este certificado si tu prometida lo solicita en una ciudad que no sea Bogotá, pues le demora de 4 a 5 semanas en llegarle. Si se solicita directamente en Bogotá, tu prometida lo podrá obtener en máximo 4 días laborales. Y te comento, cuando te entregan ese certificado te enfatizan en no abrirlo, porque entonces perdería su validez. Te lo entregan en un sobre sellado, y asi mismo se tiene que presentar al consul. Este documento tiene caducidad a los tres meses de la fecha de expedición. Espero haberte servido en algo, y pues ahi se va aprendiendo poco a poco para colaborarle a las personas que lo necesitan. Mi novia siempre dice "parquear" tambien. Ella no haba Ingles, solamente Espanol. I'm Filipino, but I do speak Spanish and I manage to slip by as a local, but once in a while I definitely sound like a gringo trying to speak Spanish. We are almost ready to have all the Packet 3 requirements at hand. I've seen the link for the instructions and they are in Spanish so that's great. However, I'm still looking for Spanish DS-156, 156K, DS-230 versions. Anyway, my NOA2 is just around the corner. I got touched yesterday and today since filing. The stars are lining up for us. During the AOS process, she received a 2 year conditional green card. However, for our K2 son, he received a 10 year green card. Reading the instructions for the I-751, I don't think I need to include him in the form. Has someone come across this scenario? The K2 has a 10 year card where as the K1 has only 2 years? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	MARCH FILERS!!!	NOA2 at hand! -dated June 26 Thank goodness. Exactly 90 days from mailing the I-129F. I was becoming depressed seeing others with very similar timelines get approved. But at the same time happy for them. I was getting concerned for my own petition. I got two touches, June 19 and 20. Up until now the USCIS website says pending, no change since the last touch. I called twice in the month of June and didn't get anything substantial from them. The USCIS journey ended and the journey to Bogota embassy begins. Hang in there for those who have not received their NOA2s. I actually stopped checking this forum and the USCIS last week since I just did not want to be reminded of my petition. Have patience my friends the gratification of the approval is worth the wait. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Interview time for MARCH filers	I just got off the phone with NVC tonight, I about dropped the phone when the gentleman asked me verifiers ....so ummm yea ....sweet........ they got the case on Monday and its already left for Moscow on Wed. Looks like interview will be mid to end Sept, ironically that will exactly be one year from when we last saw each other in Hungary. One year, I can't last that long. Congratulations with the progress with NVC. I had the same experience, the moment the lady asked for verification, bam - I knew something was in the system. Congrats again! This is EVEN BEFORE I get a chance to speak. "Agent XXXXX", CIS or NVC number please..." I've had call center jobs before and IF NVC recorded and reviewed conversations, they'll be out in the cold if you are terse with customers. I KNEW the NOA2 would be long, but I was expecting my case to be immediately sent to NVC after approval. It was 16 days before it sent to NVC. I wasn't expecting that at all. I've seen several on here that weren't sent until after 3 weeks or more though. After NVC though, it all gets better! You know you're over every hurdle except for the big one..the interview. Good luck! I know it's easy for me to say now.....but it will come. Thanks vismaster. I just got off the phone with the NVC folks and no case YET, with the typical response of 2-4 weeks. Les quiero contar que estoy super feliz hoy tuve una entrevista de trabajo en McDonald's y me aceptaron, no voy a ganar mucho pero tampoco me voy a matar trabajando, estoy muy contenta lo veo muy bien para empezar...lo que realmente me importa es ocuparme en algo mas que no sea solo la casa y salir de la misma.... ahi les estare contando como me va.....
