I looked up the tracking number and it shows who signed for it and everything. I didn't respond until late June and I was approved this week (about 3 wks). I assuming you should hearing from them very soon. Congrats!!!!! I really hope it arrives soon ! Because most of the Nov filers are getting approved in their 5th week (less than a month).   When you responded your RFE though? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 October 2012 filers	Tell me about it. I am a November filer and got a RFE on 5th May. I packaged all the docs and sent it on 3th June. I got a printout of the receipt that some Immigration Officer has picked up the document. Thats the only proof I have so far on if they have picked up the item or not.   Its sad that their agents also dont know the severity of the situation. SAD!!!  They don't understand they're playing with people's lives. I sent my RFE a month ago and didnt have any response from them. I would call them again. Their system is flawed anyways... I understand that they don't update the system sometimes, but their agents should have an idea of what's going on in their internal system !! Their automatec system said the wait was around 1.5 hrs so I set the system up to call me back. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 October 2012 filers	Hi, this is my very first post but I've been reading this forum for years now. I've been married to an US citizen since March 2010, we applied for AOS and it was approved in November 2010. Last october we filed to have the conditions removed with the help of the lawyer that originally filed the AOS, with all the great news of people being approved here I was thinking "mine is on its way" , but yesterday I got a RFE letter, they said they received the following:   -joint tax return for 2010, 2011 -automobile insurance -life insurance -affidavit of residence -bank statements dated august 2010 through november 2011 -joint credit cards -various photos   I didn't prepare the package myself, the lawyer's office did, but I remember providing them with bank statements up to september 2012, the USCIS is saying that the evidence provided doesn't show that me and my husband share responsibility for most of the assets and liabilities of the marriage and that we have not sent sufficient examples of shared assets and liabilities spanning the period of the marriage to share that we have continuously shared a life together.   We lived in his sisters house from June 2010 until November 2010, when we moved into his mother's house to help her since she's older and sick. Around January 2012 his mother condition worsened and we had to send her to a nursing home nearby where they could take care of her better, at that point we where going to rent an apartment, but we where denied several times due to my husband's poor credit history and my almost nonexistent one, so we ended up moving into his sister's again. I submitted an affidavit from 2010 where his sister said we lived with her, but I forgot to get affidavits for the other years because we only made verbal agreements, no lease involved.   I'm trying to figure out what else to submit, I can get his mother and sister to sign affidavits attesting the time we lived in their homes and our bank statements and car insurance cards show those 2 addresses, i printed all the bank statements from jan 2012 until now, both checking and savings accounts in both names, i can get a transcript of our 2012 tax returns, I have a will that I made a few months ago where my husband is the primary beneficiary of my assets, and I can have some friends write and sign affidavits of our relationship (do these need to be notarized?).   What else do you think I should add or try to get as additional evidence? We don't have utility bills because we've always lived with family and because of the credit issues our car is under his brother's name. I'm really upset because i think either our lawyer's office didn't submit all the evidence we provided them with or somebody overlook our file while reviewing it.	pinkytoes	Female	Dominican Republic	2013-05-03 19:32:00
Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 November 2012 filers	I still haven't heard anything back after responding to the RFE.   My Green Card is obviously expired, plus the one year extension has also run its course - is there anything I should be doing now other than waiting for the next contact from USCIS? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	RFE Response time Nov VSC Filer (Sent RFE - 3rd June, 2013)	hay they updated  my cas status it says the card was order today and 30 days to be mailed  but did not say the app was approved it just say it was received  on the top Congrats!!!!
