Plus this process take time as well some get approvel fast some take long. So i blve u can go to polan and can carry on ur study and they can arrange ur interview in poland consulate as well. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	WHAT IS RED FLAG ?	We had all of these with the exception 4 and 7 of and our petition was approved with no RFE and my husband didn't have a problem getting his visa. My husband is from a MENA country, I am 21 years older, he is Muslim- I am catholic , I am divorced with 2 children,we were married on the first visit. We had huge red flags and my husband didn't have a problem getting his visa. I was there for 6 weeks the first visit, married, and USCIS only had the one visit to base our petition on. But after the initial visit I traveled back To Jordan 4 times in 6 months, all extended stays with the exception of one that was about 10 days. I attended the interview with my husband and although we brought a lot of supporting evidence to show those visits, the CO never asked to see one piece of it. When asked if I made any subsequent visits after the first visit, he just wrote down the dates and that was that. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and we were both questioned, but never together. His visa was approved after a few weeks of AP, he has been here an year and we are going strong. I will say that by far Pakistan is one of the most, if not THE most difficult consulate to go through.     I most definitely agree with you on that Pakistan is a difficult one. Something else I found, Even though the I-134 is used for the K-1, the consulates still follow the guidelines for the I-864, so it can help to read the instructions for the I-864, and check out the poverty guidelines for 2012 to know how much is needed to meet the 125% for your household size plus the beneficiary. The 3.5 packet is what the embassy sends your fiance once the NVC transfers your petition to the embassy. The DS156 and 156K forms, is that something i am supposed to print and send or will those be sent by the embassy to my fiancee for him to fill out?
