I had the same , Katha. But still... nothing. I already hate this expression " INITIAL REVIEW" . So happy that there are so many approvals these days , but why they jump aroud mine and yours , basicaly we - me and you are one of the first transferred , but nobody touches our petitions. I am wondering why? Is there some issues with my case ? Or may be too complicated ? And may be i became too paranoic.

 

Two days ago i recieved an answer of my firs servise request , yesterday i put another.

My " man " says - everything will be fine , you know ,  trying to keep me up , he still strongly believes in american system and institutions. Me - i am deppresed. Hard depressed. I just lost hope that this day will come. To be with him and become a real family. I even dont dare to think about normal stuff like wedding plans , where to live and raise our child , where she will go to school , and things like that. Just pinned on the USCIS website and i can`t think of anything else.

 

At least i hope lots of you to recieve approvals today and to dance the happy dance.

It won`t be me today , i know this.

Thank you!! We are in the same boat. Both Noa1 on dec5, we both have our fiances in New Jersey and your case number is one before mine. Have you seen XXXX94 got an approval in June 18th and XXXX90 an RFE. So they already were in our area. Hang in there we're so close and I am really full of Hope that our time will come very soon!!!

I dreamed that I got an email from USCIS and it was an approval. Then I woke up and checked and it was still in initial review. How I was shaking and crying in the dream wohooo can only imagine how it will be when we really will be approved :D. 

 

 

I feel like by the end of the months meaning maybe end of next week we will be all having our approvals!!

we also contacted our congressman and it seemed helpful but heard nothing back since 1 1/2 weeks 'cause "lucky us" he's running for senator in october and seems like his office has THIS on their mind now...really disappointing ... the Ombudsman we also contacted and next week we should hear back from our service request. BUT I'm really happy that TSC is moving and am kinda positive again that a lot will be approved by this week. 

 

More happy again, cause it seemed that we've found our ceremony spaaaace, yeeees!! :D

Hi people, i know this has turned very ugly and random but im wondering if  this is normal, my NOA1 is from Dec-06-2012 and I'm still waiting for any news since the transfer to TSC, I already called it in to be expedited but I would like to know what you all think.

they approve the petitions randomely. Our Noa1 is dec 5th and still no Noa2. But hopefully soon :)

My number doesn't seem to fit your equation my dear but I think I agree ther s not arm .. But you will agree no one has found any rhym or reason .... Why s it then someone from dec 17 has been approved .... And I file on dec 5 th ... I am not approved. I was told by my senator offic that they get them in batches so tat puts a wrench in it too ....

 

I agree... DEC5 here also and as we see they don't approve it this way. But also they get it in batches I still don't understand how they not approve it in order. hmmm

I was in touch with Isakson's office and Congressman Gingrey's office (I live in his district).
 
Both were helpful, but yes did get generic answers. Until their latest inquiry this week lead to the response that they wouldn't answer our questions since it had been approved.
 
And I just got the official notification email as I was typing this message! So it's official, an approval from Texas!!!!






Congrats!!!!!!!!!!! That is more than amazing and makes each of us happy for you and brings Hope to us!!!!

i think they put us in sistem on 5 dec , couse we are in the 6k case numbers , and sent our NOA on 6 dec. When i checked numbers in their webside , the apl recieved on 6 dec are in 8k numbers. From 5k to 8k are recieved on 5 dec 12.  This means that they had over 3000 appl on that day. Which is a lot

thats really true. More and more NJ couples smile.png (monmouth county). Got a question: On our Vermont hardcopy it states NOA1 Dec6 and on the hardcopy of the transfer it states receipt date dec5. Does that mean Noa1 dec5 or that they just got it dec5??

What a great site - seems like a ton of people with a lot more knowledge to how to get info. smile.png We have an attorney but I'm wondering if we should also contact our Senator or Congressman...this delay has been super depressing as it is for everyone - it's nice to know we aren't alone. smile.png

 

btw - Azsara, KathaK, Valia and Serghei - we are also another NJ couple smile.png I'm not sure what exact date to go by but our receipt date was 1/18/13 and the notice date was 1/23...very similar to Azsara.

I can believe it, but it annoys me to no end. It's exactly the same kind of rubbish CSC did last year, ignore July - November filers then go crazy approving December to get back within processing times.

You are very right it looks like over 90% of cases transferred were all DACA. I checked from 3000 to 5000 and saw not more than 100 what were I-129F. 

 

you checked 2000 cases??? wow

 

We are dec 5 (Texas) and were dec 6 (Vermont) and are in the 6k's.

Yes, you are right. I checked 320 numbers before mine and 350 after mine. From about 700 case numbers , there are only 1 before mine also transferred , 2 still in VSC , 3 after me approved in December i129f
Most of the other numbers are DACA , transferred on 21 may , 90% of case numbers.

I am 12/5/12 NOA 1 and we are the second transferred case. But I don't think that they approved them by order or FIFO



We have the Same day my last digits are 892 and before me 3 were transferred and 2 stayed at VSC and After me 2 were transferred

Dec 17 NOA1 .  I got RFE Today ..I been transferred from Vermont to Texas on 30 May.. !!! on 19 I be 6  months

 

 

OH MY GOD I can say congrats to you!! :) Although it's an RFE it's a good sign. They started to really look into cases!!

The only way to get the files expedited at NVC is by the Ombudsman, Senators and Congresspeople involvement...... this is not a single petition expedite request.


I talked to someone who got transferred Last year (I-130) and she said that the cases were expedited at NVC cause of that.

yeah and they were late January so would ve been a huge surprise. I don't know but each new day I'm more positive of an approval. I think thats the only thing we can do anyways. I think most transferred people have contacted their congressmen offices and that's amazing from each of us cause we speak up and not am silent. I hope thats gonna make a difference soon and that they start processing our files this week. I still think that we might have the luck that we're gonna have priority at NVC....I heard transferred petitions from last year had it after they were transferred. I cross my fingers for everyone and I hope that we'll see approvals cause that would give us so much Hope!!

Wow Vermont is finished with January Ridiculous how they transfer the December ones but keep the 2013 application and now they're getting processed before the 2012 ####### is that???

 

no it's Vermont. Texas can't give us a timeline because they normally don't process I-129F petitions. let's hope we'll see some approvals this week.

so she put in an inquiery at the TSC on june 3rd. June 4th they told her they would be processing our case. Well here we are june 10th and still nothing. The Lady at the congressman Office has no idea why they dont give them accurate answers. They'll trying their best to get Information for all of us. My fiance told her how VSC is processing February Files now and we all are waiting...hopefully we get more news soon!!

They are still inputting and training for sure. Tuesday my senators office is following up on our cases with the Texas service center. They asked me to call hem then for an update . I will let you know. I hope they will start approving next week ... This transfer started 15 days ago today ... Boy it seems longer than that!!!!!!

 

I think so too! We will be following up on monday and it will be interesting to see if we get similar answers!! But positive, positive lol
