Not only that the CSC has a lower approoval rate than the VSC does, but we can't even see the real numbers. I mean, i know that there is july filers that didn't got their NOA2 yet, but there is so many that just forgot how important it is to update timeline. And it's not that it's a big of a deal, but when you see that there is about 20 july filers with no NOA2, than how could a january filer not start panic??? Please, do remember to update.Thank you. Write the full name of the foreign fiance(e) on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of (insert foreign fiance(e) name) ". So, the way this works is that I submit all this info with the I-129F? I asked elsewhere and was told the best way to send and receive documents between the US & Colombia is DHL. We both came out better for the process and our relation is much stronger. Weng wanted to mention that she felt is was very helpful for her that I attended the interview - there were some questions about a past marriage and me being there helped to answer them. She was also thankful to have me there for the flight and entry at LAX. Thanks again to our Visa Journey family and we look forward to being a part of the next Los Angeles get together! Do we run the risk of being send a RFE if we do not provide notorised copies? We want the process to be as speedy as possible (obviously) so should be we just get them notorised? Cheers! You see, if you're translating the birth certificate in english, than the translation needs to be notorized. Copies of the translated birth certificate don't need notorization.
