Real RFE or False RFE?

I am having the same problem, my ds230 was entered into system on 8th august and now after the week , avr is saying some documents are missing and they have mailed the letter on 15th , I hope its a false RFE.... I am hoping to get my case completed, please pray for me

How do u know if its a true RFE

No i am the beneficiary and petitioner is the assigned agent on this cae, so i was wondering can i send the documents from canada?

i asked the operator the same question about the online barcode thing. She said she didnt want to risk it and say yes, because the payment goes to a different place.

lol ... u know what how it asks u ur adresses from this date to that or ur emplyement history from this date to that , for my present address that date on " from " column but left the "to" column blank , because it wasnot accepting the word " present" , i guess i was suppose to put the present date i am not sure eiethr what else to put there cause it wont take any thing other than a date.

i just got another operator and yes u r right they want the original birthcertifcate in foreign language too , oh i didnot know that , and i guess i didnot put "to present " date , but operator didnot tell me what they are missing on ds230

I just got through an operator and was told hat i need to send them ds230 part 1 again and my original birth certificate i doot what would i do because i already send them the certified copy of my original birth certified beacuase original is in foreign language

I am having the same problem when i called nvc on august 16 AVR said they are misisng some documents and a letter has been mailed on august 15, and now today its saying august 16 , I donot know what is this RFE about because i cannot get through nvc every time its sending me back to automated msg , I hope its a false RFE

yes , I have mailed the required documents and corrected ds230 on 26th of august , I donot know if the AVR is supposed to change , its still saying the RFE msg

Does my wife need to mail original birth certificate for DS230?

yes she nees to send an original BC , I did send them the english version of my BC even though it had all the stamps from the ministry but nvc did send me RFE they wanted the original BC even though it was in a foreign language

NVC interview scheduling doubt

yes u still get a date even if u donot call them , by calling them on regular basis u would know as soon as they assign u a date

So I guess everyone approved will have to start calling from 6th of October, as that is the 2nd week. What I want to know is, does one call to schedule a date or does one call to know if they have been scheduled for next month's interview list.

I mean say if someone doesn't call from 6th to 10th and they call on 12th of October, will they be allotted a date even though they didn't call all this time. Duh! I hope I am not confusing you all.
