K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	CSC NOA2 in 31 days???	Congratz Guys... Gives us hope for a shorter wait. The question that i have is.. what caused the change? 17 days that is awsome. Why is it so fast now?.. what will be reflected on this speedy processing time. what else is or will be effected.. anyone we can ask? After Christmas.. every ones budget is pretty low and in need of some recoop time. Maybe that is the reason for the speed up in processing times. But.. talking to the guys here i am finding out that they will not let us stand at the interview with the girls.. and we gona be no help at all. Well maybe some general moral support. Not to sound cheap.. but if this is the case - is it necessary to go through all the trouble of flying across the world.. to stand behind the wall and not being able to help? The money would be spent can be channeled in to a different direction like AOS in 90 days and a wedding ring and everything else.. I been going through this for a couple of days now.. since the NVC send the papers to Kiev. And really have no clear answer. They kept only the medical and the police report and passport.. Iryna got the PINK slip where in Ukrainian it congratulated her in obtaining the visa. She went to FedEx and paid her delivery fee and said she would pick it up. They did not keep affidavit of support papers. I don't know what to think.. questions were tough.. about past marriages. Asked about her accupation now. Very strange behavior no indication on the result of an interview given at all.. Just have to wait i guess till passport comes in. Our interview set for August 26th.. and i am about to crawl out of my skin.. PLus reading all these Horror stories at the Embassies lately. In Ukraine on 22nd they took the passport.. And today called the clinic for the medical appointment. They scheduled it for tomorrow. They said that they had no people. Now i have to send all the papers from me. And we should be set. I do have a situation though.. and i don't know how will they look at it. I have sold my Business in 2006 of 14 years. and till a year ago.. did not work living off the profits of sold business. last year i paid $37.00 in taxes. In 2008 i started a brand new business from scratch which i am nursing along at the moment. Since 1993 i paid mu taxes in October of each year by filing an extension. My taxes will not be filed till then. But her interview will be before this moth is over.. .. I think i will need a cosigner ... i just wonder how strong it should be. I feel kinda awkward at my age looking for a cosigner.. but the circumstances turned out that i did not work previous two years, devoting all my time to my hobby ( building my airplane ).
