K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	TOUCHED ON A SUNDAY???!!!	Wow you are getting a lot of touches, they are suppose to scan the bar code on the folder each time they work on it and it records it in the system, but I dont believe they alwys do. We filed on June 16 got touched July 9, then then next touch was the day after the system showed we were approved which Noa 2 showed Oct 30 then showed touched on Oct 31, I think that touch was when the case was sent to NVC. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Request for Aditional Evidence	You got some good advice from the other who responded but there is no action you can take until you get the letter saying what they are asking for. It would be nice though if USCIS would put what is requested in the email to so you could respond faster, just a thought. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	august filer	I was wondering if you meant you havent even gotten the Noa1 saying the recieved your application I think its more likely your asking about Noa2 If that is the case you should still be on track to hear something in the next couple of month, I would guess Jan or Feb, its about average for it to take 4 to 6 months for Noa2.
