There is nothing to get stressed about with the medical....   If the medical causes "too much" stress how the heck will she handle the interview and CFO?    Hank !!! Philippines	Issues With Medical Exam.........!!!!!!	My Fiancé and I are having our interview in Manila on Aug 8th, I am flying out for that from Seattle and my plane tickets are purchased.   The problem that seems to be surfacing is getting the medical done in time before our interview.   We are under the impression that her urine test at the exam cannot be completed unless she is at least 5 days past the absolute end of her menstrual cycle. We had everything planned out but did not think about a delay in her cycle and not ending in time....she is normally very predictable....   Because of all the stress and being sick, her cycle is delayed so far this month and is putting us in a bad timing situation, and no !!!, she is not pregnant.... :-)   Is it possible to have the exam and then go back for the urine test a couple of days later ?? Philippines	My Story and How I meet my Filipina.....The Love of My Life !!	My Story-  I had gotten a divorce and was in the dating game here in the Seattle area and was getting very frustrated over the opportunities.... :-(   I was whining in my office one day...  about how disappointing my options were....   One of my co-works (a Filipino Man) asked me if I had an open mind about dating....I said "yes"... so he pulls out of his pocket a picture of a Filipina that lives in the Manila area who was the cousin of a co-worker of his from his 2nd job at Costco.    So I get connected up with this lady on FB and we start communicating for hours at a time every day....I am sure you all know how that goes...... :-)   Our upfront agreement was to just be ourselves and tell all with the utmost of honesty so that we could see if we were compatible and would want to move forward in a relationship.   After a few weeks of very positive conversation, I decided I wanted to go meet her in the Philippines so I booked a flight.   It was then that she told be about her two young children...... was that ever a shock....!!!! She had deceived me...I had told her in the very beginning that I had already done the kid thing, they were raised and gone and I was not interested in raising anymore.   She had lied to me and tried to put me in a position to come and see her anyway.....her reasoning was that when we were finally together that she would be able to convince me to accept her and her kids..... "not" !!!   I was devastated over all this.....   I was talking to another very good friend of mine, Bill (My Scuba Dive Instructor from over 20 years ago) who had been very happily married to a Filipina for over 16 years. I shared with him all about what had happened....he told me that his wife (MaryAnn) might have some ideas for me...   Backing up a bit......Bill had a house here in Seattle and also one in Angeles City North of Manila.  9 years ago, he was actively teaching diving in the Philippines and asked me if I wanted to come down and do some diving....I said yes and then put together a trip with my then current girl friend and some other local divers.   So, we went to the Philippines and went diving with a group of divers that Bill had put together, little did I know at that time, my future wife was also on that trip....and was Bill's sister-in-law....   So I was reconnected with Dahlia after 9 years and both of us have been full speed ahead with each other ever since....She had been working in Abu Dhabi for 7 years when we connected again and she agreed to fly and meet me in the Philippines so that the flight I had booked would not be wasted.     We both took a chance....we spent  over a week together on the island of Palawan and had a great time...... it was  at first sight....it was not work at all to be together...it was so easy, we got along extremely well and accented each other in our personalities. I had never felt this way about anyone.....she actually cared about me in a very sincere way...I could feel it in her actions...in her touch...   True love is a two way street....and needs to be unconditional from both parties for it to work......for the first time in my life, I felt like I had true love coming back to me   After 9 days....I proposed to her in front of her whole family in Angeles City..... was I ever hooked !!!!   As time has marched forward, our bond has only strengthened......she moved back to Angeles City from Abu Dhabi and we have been planning ever since trying to make the wedding bells happen for both of us.    This site and everyone on it have been a great help in moving us forward and we will be forever grateful to all of you.   Here's to the best results and happiness to everyone   Cheers,   cjmc	cjmc	Male	Philippines	2013-07-21 12:09:00
Philippines	Self Employed Income Documentation	I would like some input regarding fiancé support documentation please......   I am self employed and a partner in 3 different businesses....I have filed an income tax return extension for 2012 and I do not receive the typical W2's or pay stubs.   Here is what I can provide-   2011 income tax returns that shows the 3 different business's and partnerships   Current letter of partnership in these business's   Copies of checks from income from these partnerships for the last 2 years   Copies of bank statements showing this income going into my personal bank account for the last 2 years   Copies of all my bank statements, investment accounts, life insurance showing my current assets   Verification of the current value of my house and mortgage balance... I have lots of equity     Will this be enough ??? anyone had problems with this sort of thing ?? Philippines	Medical exam today!	Fiancée is at St Luke's now. She got there at 3am and there was already a long line. But she just text me that they already sent her to 5th floor! They wouldn't let her sister inside. I told her that they don't allow extra people, but she wanted to try since a girl at CFO told her they let her mom go with her. We are hoping she will finished it all today. Philippines	Ready for CFO	That's where a site like VisaJourney comes in so handy. If you notice, it does state that "other documents as may be required by the counselor" are to be brought. VisaJourney members who have attended the CFO have offered their input as to what this other documentation tends to be. Lately, they are now asking for proof of singleness of the petitioner among these "other documents". Philippines	Great News for Us !!! Our file has finally been shipped to Manila :-)	I guess I was wrong. Ours wasn't in that shipment. I just checked the CEAC and our status now says Ready! We got caught up in the VSC to TSC transfer nightmare and they didn't mail our case to NVC until July 10th. Glad that is over haha.   I checked DHL and our case is on it's way to Hong Kong now. Our file has finally been shipped to Manila :-)	How do you automatically just get a interview like that//   What about your nvc aos and your visa app?  Didnt you get your mnl number before all that?     15 business days after our NOA2, I called the NVC and was able to verbally get our MNL Number....up to that time, we had received no notices from NVC.   NVC will not send out the notice with your MNL Case Number until it ships your file to the US Embassy in Manila.   Once you have gotten your MNL Number verbally, you can the pay the Visa fee in the Philippines, which then allows you to schedule your interview date and go and get the Medical and CFO.   Don't wait for NVC to do anything until they actually ship your file....you can start getting things done before that by getting your Case Number verbally.   Good Luck....   Cheers,   cjmc	cjmc	Male	Philippines	2013-07-24 06:52:00

Philippines	Medical Before Embassy Receives I-129f Packet	Thank you, and good luck today! And yes, the embassy will receive the package before the interview no problem. But my question is if them getting the medical results before they receive the package will complicate things.     Almost all medicals show up before the interview, so I am guessing that they have a filing system to store the medical results until the interview takes place....I don't think it really matters when it shows up to the Embassy, they will just hold it.   Just my thoughts....   Cheers,   cjmc	cjmc	Male	Philippines	2013-07-31 09:45:00
