Lucky or worried for no reason	so u mean to say that the old record is automatically expunged,just like my fiance,well as of now we are having delays with our papers its been 9m0nths and im worrying all the time,i hope and wish that they will approve us just like yours even though you and my fiance had criminal record,,i feel so relieved now! Better to focus on what you plan todo when the wait ends. Only thing I've done is set a Monthly reminder on my phone so I know when 5 months gets here. Then I start being a pain in there arise. Do we take our chances that this will due. Still over here Look into it You may even have some money owed you Dear all, I'm hoping someone can help with my little question, I'm new to this board so hello first of all. my fiancée and I are getting very close to sending off our k-1 visa and beginning this long process. She is from USA, whilst I myself am from the UK. We hope to get married next summer. I Have a question about the G-325A in which I as the foreign fiancée have to send to her. I used to work at an Youth outdoor education centre in New Hampshire USA. The internship lasted 18 months and I was on a J-1 visa. During that time I was allocated a social security number. On the G-325A form it asks whether I have a SSN or not. My question is whether or not my previous SSN is kept forever, or whether it gets deleted once I leave the country and therefore put "none" in the "US social Security number (if any)" box. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2011 Filers	i just wanted to add to the list too... my I-129F petition was approved yesterday July 7. checked USCIS website for my case and they said it's been approved. i didn't get an email or text but that's ok i check their site everyday anyways. i was just thinking, all that worrying and waiting for a NOA2 and now that i have it i have to start thinking about getting the next part together. i think the stress doesn't really ever go away... but i am still happy with my NOA2. oh forgot to mention my petition was sent to the california service center and my NOA1 was 4/19/11. congrats to everyone that got their NOA2. The CSC received over 2200 K1 petitions in April and I see less than 60 April filers on Igor's list. They average around 3000 completed petitions a month, but still..the volume is high. How did you get a figure of 2200 just curious ?? If they only received 2200 but avg 3000 a month That's good news in my world. Even if Igors list is just a small. Sample correct. ???? Then, have a reception here in Madison, WI for US friends and relatives (it's pretty much impossible for anyone there/ Phils to get a visa to visit here). Not much option for an outdoor wedding if she was going to get here in Feb/ March, still pretty freaking cold here at that time. On our one year anniversary we were planning to do a large ceremony in Philippines as a "renewal of vows", church wedding and traditional reception, inviting my family and of course all her Phils family and friends (which in a catholic country that doesn't believe in birth control is enough to fill a church anyway haha). Like a few other people here, we're hitting a rough spot in our relationship though and there's a lot of trust issues, which of course isn't easier with the 8000 mile distance. I have only a few days vacation time left after my long visit there, that I'm sure I'll need for this process and at least for our wedding. She can't get a visitor visa, so this waiting is the only option. There's of course the strain of waiting an unknown amount of time that we all are sharing. There's a stigma as well against Philippines brides. I have very little support from friends and I'm almost embarrassed to tell acquaintances, even though she's working in Dubai 6 years when I started talking to her. People just assume it's someone 20 years younger and not-too-bright or with a bad moral fiber when you tell them she's from Philippines. Even my always-supportive and loving family is looking a little strangely at me, but smiling and saying nice words. With the holidays coming, it's depressing to think of being single and alone, which is also adding to my general funk. I'm the type of decline invitations to parties and such if I don't have a date, and I'm not a cheater.... soo.... My last longer relationship ended a few days before Christmas, 2008. I remember the sting and loneliness very well, and not looking forward to it. Sorry, venting. I'll stop now I think I'll drink myself to sleep. That's unfortunate about your lack of support. I assumed people would be prejudiced against my choices or think poorly of it. THankfully it's been quite the opposite and most people are very supportive.
