I only sent front and back pages but hell it was over 30 years ago I no longer had the complete document. Is it 90 days from the day my fiance enters the country or from the NOA2 letter date? For example if I received the NOA2 on july 1 and my fiance comes to USA on dec. 1, we have 90 days from dec. 1st? Check out the US embassy Canberra website for links for the police certificates for each state. Good luck with it all! Do you need finger print check with all police certificates ? You do NOT need any of the I-129 packet, or NOA2, or extra signed originals from your fiance, or his birth certificate. Just take photocopies of any of your originals that you want back like your birth certificate, divorce decree, military records--anything that applies to you that you are required to bring. Spare copies of your forms that you sent DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, DS-230, part 1 would be the only "just in case" thing you would need in case they mislaid them. The I-129F petition to USCIS is done and dusted and this is now the Dept of State and the visa application stage. PS to anybody else reading---This is London. Other consulates may be different. The shots needed were going to cost 1215 pounds in the UK but here in the states all of them will be under 100 pounds. So we're waiting. :-) They will let her travel before then ? With no records ? I had no vaccinations records with me, So Dr Gleeson, said it was ok, and for most people in Ireland almost impossible to provide. He said he would need to give me two shots ( covered in the €320 fee). I pick the results up tomorrow, so Im assuming he would have passed me for immunisations. Her Old GP is long passed and the local health board is who told us they are in storage with no hope of finding them. They won't even try to look. Which stage of the process are you at? What visa are you applying for? If you are applying for a K1 or CR-1 in Ireland, have you tried both her old GP (or whoever took over his clinic) and the local Health Board? Most likely she'll be given the choice to either have them again or pay for blood tests to see if she is immune, and thus doesn't need them. There is a small chance the doctor will simply believe her if she says she had the standard childhood vaccines given in Ireland, as it is so rare to deviate from the vaccine schedule there. We have tried to get Betty's vaccine records. But have been told they are in storage and none of the records are cataloged mid 60s. They have flat off refused to even look. She has 2 visible marks on her arm from the shots. But no records. What can we expect when she goes for her medical??? She is forced to take the shots again or ??? We get questions about this occasionally, and I have never yet seen one approved. And yes, they are costly and take a long time so it will probably double the time of your getting the visa, with very little chances of success. Can I ask what religion you are that objects to vaccinations? Have you ever had any vaccines in the past, say as a child? Or the Jurors. Will let you decide This is what should happen in this circustance to Satisfy USCIS about what will show in Background Check. How would I know? I been through it. RFE (21 years ago but it shows charges dropped or not) An Arrest for Domestic Violence/Booked in Jail will show whether Dismissed or Not. A Notorized Document is WORTHLESS stating: The charges were Dismissed. What USCIS will require is a Certified Copy from the Court Clerk with a Seal/Stamp dated and signed by the Court Clerk in INK and Original Copy ONLY. This will require your friend make a trip to the Courthouse and pay a small fee to the County Clerk for Original Documentation of the above. There is no reason to state the events of what happened and get it Notorized. Casey Anthony could write a letter to herself and get it Notorized she did'nt kill her daughter. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Package 3 question	Wow Waiting on packet 3 from Dublin now. NVC sent it on august 16 and still no word from Embassy It shouldn't take long. In my case in Dublin, the Embassy sent Packet 3 over to our immigration attorney in Boston instead of sending it to me in Dublin. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	2 Questions	E-mail Embassy and ask for a status update. We did and received a response in one day telling us to expect packet 3 . This week. Embassy still has not logged our case in So they often don't log case in but are working on them So, I have two different questions. 1) My fiance went for his medical in London yesterday. Because he has moved around so much, and has had extended stays in "high risk" countries, he had to have extra blood work. The doctor had him make another appointment for the 27th to get the results, and if there are no problems, he will give my fiance 3 immunizations that are needed. The doctor said that this will not delay our "interview ready" status - but I'm not so sure. Has anybody gone through this? Will he send the results from yesterday to the embassy and then follow up on the 27th? Or does he wait to send it all together - which would - indeed - affect our readiness date. 2) Also London has not logged our case yet. When I called DOS they told us if they do not have it logged in the next few days to email the embassy to figure out what is going on. What does this mean? Do they actually, in real life, lose packets!??! This is such important information - I can't believe they'd be so careless! We have delivery confirmation & signature! So I know it's in that building somewhere. I immediately (out of frustration) called my congresswoman and she said she would email them today - again - has anybody gone through this? Will this add even more time on our wait? I'm feeling very frustrated at the moment. I thought after getting the NOA2 it got easier - but it seems much harder to deal with b/c of all of the unknowns!!!! Include your case number in subject line. So if she wanted she could go early and get them done in there, or she could chance the interview and be told they wont accept them and they usually send people across the street anyway and allow them to come back! And i think they cost maximum 12 euro there if you wish to have copy emailed to you also, but if not i think they are about 8 EURO. Good luck with everything now, your getting close! Betty renewed her passport so it would not expire, during the K1 process. and when we got it back, we checked it over and missed the fact. They had inverted her first and middle names I think this happen Because we became so excited. That it was Issued on My birthday. we took this as a Good sign and didn't look as closely at the rest of it.
