Middle East and North Africa	just another silly question....	Getting any type of visa is not easy. As far as your yahoo chats and other chats, it depends on your conversations. What are they about? i.e. don't send them chats that say a lot of "I love you" and "You are my moon" this type of thing. Do your chats have discussions of you planning a future together? Planning to have children? The CO is looking for a "bonefide relationship" and want to see proof of this. Both of you should know alot about each other. When the case arrives at the embassy/consulate the CO reviews it prior to the interview, which includes the documentation that was included with the petition. They will question the beneficiary on this information. It is possible that the CO will have made their decision before the beneficiary arrives for the interview based on the information provided with the petition. Front loading if done correctly can have a positive outcome, but front loading done incorrectly can be very detrimental and result in a visa refusal at the interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F and G-325a Question	Perfectly acceptable. I filled out the G-325A for my fiance printed it out and she wrote address and name in Chinese characters in those fields where it asks for it to be filled in native characters. No problems there. One other quick note G-325A is a 4 page form, you fill in page 1 and the other 3 will fill in for you, you then print out all 4 pages and your SO will have to write in the information and sign all for pages. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F and G-325a Question	I am in the process of filling out my I-129F petition and G-325a form. Is it acceptable to hand write the information in these forms? My fiance's native language is arabic and he needs to fill in his address on the I-129f form in arabic script and his name in the G-235a form in arabic script. All the other information is typed. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question on How to Assemble the I-129F	The pinned guidelines are fine. I ignored them because I couldn't find ACCO fasteners at the local Staples and figured that packaging probably wasn't that important. I included a cover sheet that listed the contents in order. Supplements to G325A and I-129F Q18 were clearly labelled as such. Passport photos were each placed in a little baggie and the baggie stapled to a piece of paper. Same with the evidence photos and the payment. When I first sent in the petition, I binder-clipped the entire packet together. When it was returned because I screwed up the check, all of the clips were gone. The second time I sent it in, I just put it all neatly in the envelope. 2. I would write on the back of the copy of the birth certificate 'back is blank.' 3. On the supplement to question 18, I had a list that described the evidence I included, and I noted on which page of the passport the stamp was. I then included a copy of the whole passport and on the relevant pages I drew red lines to the stamps. I honestly think how the package is packaged is probably the least of their concerns. So, what was the mistake you made on the check? Just cursious because I sent my package on Saturday and realized today that I wrote the money order out to Nebraska Service Center instead of Department of Homelane Security. To eliminate any additional stress, which there will be enough of that with this process, follow the directions from the I-129F form information, page 4 section 13, making the check or money order payable to the Department of Homeland Security. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	duh....ok	sorry for any trouble with the timeline information Gary. i made a mistake and put the date i recieved the noa 1 in the mail. the date on the noa 1 as the recieved date is 10/10/2006. and the notice date is 10/11/2006. i originally put 10/16/2006 as my noa 1 date cause i was to excited at the time. dang i feel stupid. Well, I can't enter the receipt date that is on my NOA1 in my timeline. I mailed the petition 11/04/06, and when I received my NOA1 it has a receipt date of 11/03/06. Hmmm...
