K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Any August filers?	Hi everybody I have a message from daliroya. As some of you may know she was on her way to Tunisia today. Her fiance still had not received word on when his visa was going to be, so she had set up a meeting for next Tuesday at the embassy to see if they had any of the paperwork that was sent in. Well this morning they recieved the GREAT NEWS that her fiance's interview will be next Tuesday. She was rushing around trying to gather everything before her flight so she did not have time to let everyone know. They are so excited and it will be wonderful if he gets his visa when she is there. Just got the notice in the mail, so email or text and the website is not updated, but I have the botice itself, so that is all that counts. My senator called on Tuesday and were told that an officer was working our peition and the approvalis dated for 2/1/2012, so I think it helped. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Any August filers?	Yesterday was 5 months since I mailed in the fiancé visa petition. Really was hoping to receive our approval. I called USCIS and they said our case is just waiting for the decision and as far as they could tell no other information is required from me. I was told to call back on January 17 and they will put in a service request as our petition is still under the 5 month processing, for the received date of August 15. I'm just stunned right now as I write this. My hands were shaking when I found out, I was crying, I wanted to scream, I didn't know what to do! WOW! I feel bad celebrating it, I know there is a ton of people still waiting. I wish everyone the best of luck! I pray everyone gets approvals soon! Congrats that is great news!!!
