She will need to send it to you via snailmail, as you need to submit with orginal signature/date in the appropriate color ink(stated as such on the form). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Approved 20th July, no update on USCIC since then saying transferred to NVC?	Once the petition is approved, that will be the last status you will see on the USCIS website. You will need to call NVC to see if they have the approved petition and package. There is, it says if you fail to take action requested withing 1 year following visa denial under section ina221g then your petition will be terminated. Are you a troll or?   I think she was referring to the fact that there is no time limit as to when the AP could end.  Yes if you fail to respond, then the petition can and probably will be terminated. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Out of Varicela Vaccine	Did your fiance ever have the vaccine or chicken pox as a child? This same thing happened to my husband(then fiance) and we did receive an RFE after we sent in the AOS paperwork after we were married. I contacted Civil Surgeons and one advised if my husband went and got a blood test done to show he had the antibodies in his blood and have them send him a copy of the report, he would fill out the paperwork and sign off on it. The blood test was covered by our insurance and the Civil Surgeon only charges $25.00 for the paperwork. I would suggest once she gets here an d you get married(or even before marriage), to do what we did, so that it saves time, as we had that RFE.	KimberlyAhmed	Female	Tunisia	2014-07-03 12:10:00

It takes about a month or so after your biometrics for you to receive the EAD/AP combo card if approved and there are no RFE's attached to either one. Did your fiance fill out Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance and send it with the petition? Middle East and North Africa	Coping with being separated	I can tell you that it has been hard to be seperated from my fiance, but we try to have some form of contact everyday. This is either by sending texts, facebook messages, email or having a video chat. Yes each day apart can feel like a lifetime, but it is also one day closer to being together again. There have been days though that even this contact is not enough and the tears come and I feel alone without Ahmed to hold me. I know one day soon he will be here, so this helps some. Middle East and North Africa	Some bad news	I am so sorry you are going through this. Please know you are in my prayers for a complete recovery. It can be a scary thing to go through as in December 2012 I went to my first mammogram and was told that they saw something. I had to go through a biopsy and it turned out to be nothing, but it was a very scary time, as I thought of was what my mom went through. I was lucky enough that Ahmed was here and I had a good support system in my family and good friends.  My mom was diagnosed 8 years ago and it has moved to her lymph nodes.
