K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	TSC v. CSC	Since there has been no update on the USCIS website then you should assume that Texas is NOT processing K1 visas. I also think that there are a few people who sent their petitions to TSC after Feb 15th and still got transferred to CSC. So, I would just sit and wait to see what the USCIS page update says. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	What papers from Bank for Interview	If you look up at the top of the website at downloads, you will see form I-134 in there for K1 forms and on that form the instructions for the evidence they require is listed. You need to be sure that Germany wants the I-134, and if they also require an additional evidence. If he had a legal wedding in Colombia I do not see how he can get married legally in the U.S. You need to see a immigration lawyer ASAP. There are serious legal issues here not to be taken lightly and you need to start trying to fix these problems. Does anyone know of a section of this web site on what are the procedures for after you arrive in the US. Social Security etc. We got married in Colombia befor we left but I think it may not be valid here in the US. Thanks for any help. Doug What you have done is not legal and I would worry about repercussions. After doing all this work for a K-1 why would you do that? I do not know the answer to your question on this thread but I am sure another VJ member will give you the answer, if not start by making some telephone calls and e-mail’s to NVC, USCIS and any other agency you have dealt with in your process. I'm just wondering because if so, that stuff takes me so long to get together and I'd rather start now. Can you just do the same types of things? Also, Patrick sent me roses on Valentines day. I still have the packaging slip, which also has the message from him on it, would that count as evidence?! Thanks for putting up with my endless questions. Your on the right track, if you have any emails from him, letters etc include them also. Oh yeh and pictures of ye both if you have them.Make sure you include as much as possible and finally dont worry your fiance will get his K1 im sure.
