If you bought it from a mayor airline (like American) you can buy the ticket and then pay a $50 change of secluded fee if they have seats for that date. I bought my fiancée airfare ticket a while ago and she comes this Friday. If you feel you have everything they requested and you feel good about the interview go ahead and purchase the ticket. Besides a complete I-129F package with some original like; birth certificate, divorce decree, etc you need to send a “Letter of Intent” with a newer date. The I-134 sign and notarized with tax returns (1040 with W-2s) 3 years for some Embassy’s, Letter from Employer, and Letter from your Bank. The tourist visa denial does not interfere with the K-1. As for the medical problems is there anything you can do to make it better; eat certain food, exercise, take medication, etc. I wish you very luck. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	less is more debate	Its not a matter of how much evidence you submit of having met within the required 2 years but the value of that evidence and whether it is found to prove this fact. As for an over abundance of relationship evidence, it is unnecessary at the petition stage. Whether it affects ones petition may be dependant on what, if anything that may be misconstrued by an adjudicator. Creating questions that need answering, perhaps resulting in RFE's that may not of been sent otherwise. Who know's. That is why many of us recommend to send what is required and to send what constitutes strong evidence of having met. Why create possible issues when there is no need to. But, some Consulates require the I-864 for the K-1 too, so you should use whichever form the Consulate told you to use. Good luck. Ditto! I would suggest adhere to the instructions as they are written, in order to avoid any unnecessary delays. I am pretty sure they only want the 2x2 size I wouldn't risk a delay-I am sure some people will be able to tell you how to get the correct size in the UK I agree with both posters.
