I do not know if they charge that fee later on, on the AOS part of the process because I have not gotten there yet. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I still haven't got my passport back! :(	Hm... just want to tell you all that I'm still so anxious although i was approved the k-1 visa on Monday. The Consul and the mailing unit told me I'd get back my passport TODAY (i.e. Thursday in HK) the LATEST.... but i got nothing today!!! What's the problem? I'm just worried and I really want to get back my passport & confirm that I'm really approved! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Packet 3 and Packet 4?	Hello, can someone tell me what is the difference between packet 3 and 4 for a K1 visa? I thought the fiance will only get one packet from the consulate that will require I-134 etc. etc. From what I understand, she will receive a checklist along with the packet and will have to mail the checklist back. So, won't the steps be: Fiance received packet 3 Fills out, signs and returns the checklist (Collects the docs, of course) Consulate will send the interview date (Is that packet 4?) Show up on D-Day with all the docs. Isn't that it or am I missing something here? Thanks once again to all the Vjers for your continued support for one another. Today she is going to the bank to pay the visa fee and in the afternoon pick-up the Doctor’s paperwork. Both Johanna and I are a little nervous and very excited!
