USCIS Service Centers	Called the USCIS number	Hi Jana. This is one of the main problems with Immigration they do what ever they want, when they want, without having to explain anything at anytime. I have never seen anything like this process. If someone would have told me this process is was like this I would not have believed it. USCIS Service Centers	Touched?	ridley is correct! If you go onto the USCIS website and log into your page, there should be a last updated date. Whenever this changes, that means you have been touched, so you were last touched on Dec 29th This just means someone has picked up your file, it doesn't necessarily mean it is being processed but multiple "touches" sometimes indicate that your case is being worked on or could mean an RFE is on it's way.
